I ordered this truck as they didn't have and could not locate one that had what I wanted. It came in and was at the dealership for one week before I went to pick it up. When I arrived, there was undercoating that had flaked off from the inside of both rear wheel wells. It was in plain view and looked very ugly. There was also a missing plastic molded body flare from the rear drivers side wheel well. When I mentioned this to the salesman, he started blaming the factory and wanted me to take the truck and bring it back later to get fixed. I pointed out that I was rather upset because the truck had been there for a week and these obvious problems weren't corrected. I questioned their quality control process and he continued to point out that it wasn't his fault. When I refused to take the truck until they fixed it, he suggested that we not do business as he did not want any negative references. I called the sales manager two days later, explained what happened and he kept the original salesman out of the loop for the rest of the sale.
My wife will be looking for a new SUV in a couple of years and likes the Durango. We will NEVER purchase from Orlando Dodge again. We also tell everyone we know to stay away from them.
