I went to this Dealership to just look around and I did see a car that i liked and could not work anything out and the way that they treated me was not the way that anyone should be treated when looking to buy a 36K car! I walked of the lot and later returned with my wife and at the time we had a rescue dog with us and it was very hard to handle.We and my wife came to an agreement with them to trade a car in and we would receive 6K for that used car and pay 36K even for the new car. It was getting late and with the dog we agreed to sign the paper work with the understanding that should anything be wrong with the paper work that they would correct it. Well the next morning we looked at the paper work and they had a price of 36,727.00 and not the 36K we agreed on. I returned to them and went to see the salesperson and he noted that there was a problem and that he would take care of it and now they will do nothing to take care of it. Then i needed to take the car in for service do to problems with the new car and one of the problems was paint chips on the custom hood that had been added and the handed me a bottle of touch-up paint and that was just the start of things to come

From the very first time i walked on the lot/showroom i was not treated well at all,but they did have a car there that i liked and after walking off the lot i did return with my wife and at that time it was late and we had a rescue dog with us. I did buy the car and also had a trade-in as well.As it was late and we were having problems with the rescue dog we all agreed to sign the paper work with the agreement that should there be anything wrong that i could return the next day and they would correct the problem.Well as one would have it we had a problem with the price of the car on the contract that should have been 36k even with a trade-in of 6K for that car.When i went back the next day i went to see the sales person and he agreed that i was right and that he would see the manager and take care of it as we agreed the night before and now they will do nothing about it. Then i had to take the car in for items that were wrong with the car and when i picked up the car they gave me a touch-up bottle of paint to do my own repairs to the car!.

Monarch Dodge is the best place to buy a car, with their family friendly atmosphere they make the car buying experience pleasurable. Their service department is underrated, the staff is well educated and makes spending money easier to bear. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Do problems occur - of course, but I have found that Monarch WILL do everything in their power to make it right for you.

Bought my 2003 quad cab from them. They wanted to sell me the truck and it showed; they didn't use pressure tactics during haggling. honest, complete, expedient service thanks to Business Link. After visiting Fairbanks (which lied to me about having a truck i wanted just to get me in there) and Eddie Accardi (which tried to use salesman and manager pressure tactics; i could barely hold back my laughter) Monarch was the only dealership which didn't B.S. me.
Fairbanks Dodge is a volume dealership.! they don't care about you, only your money. save yourself time and headaches... don't go there. Eddie Accardi didn't make me happy either, again, don't bother going unless you like to play along in their game.
