I entered into an Electronic Contract via email to purchase a 2000 VW Beetle. I had emailed the dealership with an offer which in their reply to me they accepted. 24 hours later I am informed via email that they have sold this vehicle to someone else. To all reading this please note that this dealership is dishonest in its dealings and is not aware of the ESCGICA(E-Sign Act) which is a Federal law and the Uniform Electronic Transaction act which is a Florida Law State Statute 668.50. This dealership knowingly breached a legally binding and valid contract to which their response has been no response at all.They break not only a State Law but a Federal one as well and they don't care. I have the email threads with all the relevant information if anyone is interested but i would not enter into any type of business with them. I would recommend to anyone who has had a poor or illegal experience at this dealership to contact the Division of Consumer Services at www.800helpfla.com and fill out an online complaint form

Sales person I had was "new and inexperienced". Found the car I wanted and proceeded with the paperwork. I had my mother co-sign for me even though she lived in another state. Days went by and I called 3-4 times a day to see how the paperwork was coming along as I wanted to pick the car up ASAP. They eventually (after almost 6 days went by) told me the financing was declined because the banks wanted someone to co-sign for me that lived in the same state???? My mother called her bank and got a different story and I called another dealership and their opinion was that it sounded like someone else made a better offer than mine on the same car. I had also given the company a check to "hold" the car and towards the down payment. I was given the "run-around" and decided to cancel the whole deal. I thought if someone wanted to make a deal and sell an item they would try their hardest to reassure the customer that things are running smoothly and not keep them waiting almost a week with a response. I got my check back and made them shred the rest of my paperwork right there in the office (but not without requesting it to be done 4-5 times over again). Customer service is lousy and my first experience was not a pleasant one. Please avoid this place!!!!!! Lying is their best sales pitch.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Don't Know, Parts=Don't Know, bought there=No, scv_there=No,
My experience was very negative and I recommend anyone to try another dealership unless they want to waste their time and money. I was negotiating a vehicle price and traveled a good distance on several occasions and spent numerous hours trying to do so. I was given a final figure and advised "that was it" on the price. I advised them I would come in and look at everything and if it looked as they said, I would buy. I was never advised to give a deposit or that someone else was looking at the car. I drove all the way down directly after work and they advised me they took a "DEPOSIT" on the vehicle and could not sell it to me. Yet the car remained on their lot. To me this is totally underhanded and a gross waste of my time. I am not faulting them for making additional money on a vehicle or even selling it but they could have had the decency or integrity to (1) notify me prior to my wasting more time; (2) offer me a deal of equal value (which they offered a vehicle with less options for MORE money than what they currently offered me IN WRITING; (3) give me the name of a dealer with a similar model so that I could actually buy one instead of playing games.
My question is this: Dealerships are in business because I, the customer, come in and purchase a vehicle. If Dealerships keep treating people this way I wonder how long they will remain in business.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent, Sales person was honest and very helpful. Price quoted was fair and never changed. I have developed a very good relationship with the service department. They are very dedicated to taking care of any problem and do good work also. In a pinch they even have put me ahead of others. The dealer has taken care of most of the minor problems I have had.
