Every time I go for my "Free" oil change that I got when I purchased my truck...it's a 3 hour ordeal. I got there at 10am for my 10:05 appointment and didn't leave until after noon. Just for an oil change. They take walk-ins whenever they get there and skip over the ones who have an
appointment.

These guys are a pack of thieves. They sold me a brand new 2002 Durango R/T and after I got it home, I found out it had been wrecked. It had overspray everywhere, a bent frame, bent skid plates, rust under the paint ETC and then they did not want to do anything about it!
I got the States AG as well as local TV stations on board and what do yo know...I got a new R/T. Stay away!!!!
Get the new indash GPS unit...it's awesome!
