Where do I Start. Well I leased two vehicles from Jax CJD, A 2005 Pacifica in
May 2005 and a 2005 Grand Cherokee in Nov 2005. Every service related problem
was always a hassle, and another attempt for these guys to ask for more money.
Horrible Antics and the service manager Mike Kennedy will get you every time.
The best is when we traded in the Cherokee, they paid the remainder of the lease
on it. Also the Pacifica lease was complete so we decided to only do business
with them again if they did the trade and also took the pacifica in trade as
well and pay the mileage and termination fee. After 9 hours the deal was done,
Straight from Leonard the sales managers mouth, and we thought it was clear
in black in white. Well three months later we have been notified by Chrysler
financial that they received our jeep but where is the Pacifica? June 16th until
September 8th my lease turn in has set on the Jax lot and nobody had a clue
where it was. So now chrysler financial wants the mileage and the termination
fee $700.00. well we went into the dealership and Roland promises to wave the
$300.00 term fee because we bought a used Acura TL from then ( car #3) but we
need to pay the mileage $400.00 / Instead of shooting up the dealership, I will
pay the mileage. But now the $300.00 Roland Promised to pay is still being demanded
by Chrysler financial because it is in the agreement and Roland can not wave
it. I am Glad though Leonard the sales manager lied and Roland the bigger sales
manager thinks $300.00 is worth pissing off a customer that has purchased 3
vehicles from Ken Kovacs dealership. Well Guys, I have a lot of time and love
to write. I will See you this weekend while I am picketing on gate parkway.
I encourage anyone with a posterboard and a sharpie to meet me on saturday mornings
around 9am, to voice ourselves against this group of thieves. I will not tolerate
a company that will say or do anything to close a deal.
I have purchased over 10 new vehicles in my lifetime and This Dealership has
been the worst experience I have ever had. I would support a class action lawsuit
as I am sure the unethical practices can be proven in the court of law.

Sales=Poor, Service=Don't Know, Parts=Don't Know, bought there=Yes, scv_there=No,
Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=No,
On January 14, 2007 Jacksonville Chrysler, Jeep & Dodge "sold"
for more than $16,000 ($15,000 + a $1,500 extended warranty) a used Dodge Stratus
to my 90 year old Aunt who does not remember buying, and never intended to buy,
the car. She was taken to the agency on January 14, 2007 by two younger people
who "befriended" her. I do not know whether anyone at the Company
knows these two people. All that my Aunt remembers is that she fell asleep at
the agency and was wakened by Rex, the Finance Director for the Company, to
sign papers. She remembers asking what the papers were for, but Rex declined
to provide any information.
My cousin John E (my Aunt has no children) attempted to discuss the matter with
Rex on January 16, 2007 and asked him to rescind the sale. He was told that
"the papers" were sent to a bank in North Carolina. John asked Rex
to contact immediately the bank and advise the bank there was an issue with
the transaction if "the papers" were loan agreements. He said he would
look into the matter and get back to John which he has failed to do despite
five messages left for him over the past week. We still do not know whether
the car is financed since my Aunt has no paperwork. In fact the "Purchase
Option Contract" and "Application for Temporary License Plate"
were in the back seat of the Dodge which was located about 45 miles from my
Aunt's home.
Any reasonable person would at least be suspicious of this type of transaction
if they saw my Aunt, who walks bent over, or if they talked with her for a short
period of time. My Aunt has no driver's license and is unable physically to
drive. She already has a car that is used to transport her to doctors, shopping,
etc. and was used to take her to the agency.
In addition to the five messages left for Rex, John talked by telephone with
the Company Owner and General Manager, Ken Kovacs, and asked him to rescind
the sale. He promised to look into the matter and get back to him. He also has
failed to respond.
In addition, my Aunt, my cousin and I went to the agency on January 23, 2007
to try to resolve the matter by returning the car. Even though the receptionist
acknowledged that Mr. Kovacs was on the property we were forced to talk with
a secretary and then a salesman, Steve, who was rude and arrogant and invited
us to leave the agency which we did. He also refused to talk with my Aunt who
was waiting in John's car. Although he would not answer questions he did admit
that he knew that the Dodge would be a second car for my Aunt.
More over they sold this car to a 90 year old woman for $3,000 to $5,000 more
than other dealers are charging for the same vehicle.
I do not believe that a reputable company should use these business practices.
Please put pressure on this company by calls, emails, or at the very least,
do not even walk in the door of their business! You will be glad you avoid Jacksonville
Chrysler Jeep Dodge and so will your bank account.

I have a 2004 Dodge Ram SRT-10, I have only had it serviced by this dealership.
There Viper Tech (Bam Bam) is the only person who works on my truck. I wouldn't
take it to anyone else. He is strait forward with all his work. He will call
and let you know exactly what he intends to do.
I have also had work done in there body shop and had very good treatment there!!
My truck was damaged by the Hurricane and all damaged fixed to where you can
not tell!!

Spent a total of 2 hours in the dealership. Most of which picking out the Truck.
My salesman was George Clark. Very straight forward guy, told him how much i
wanted to spend a month, he didn't stop trying until he got it where i was comfortable.
Would buy from there again

Went to the new Jacksonville Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep off State Road 9A. I was
looking forward to the experience, I've never been to such a large, brand new
dealership. Upon arrival, very impressed!! The place is BEAUTIFUL!! Brought
my Chrysler (turbo) PT in for oil change. The staff is very unwelcoming. The
service advisor tried to give us (wife and I) a worse case scenario so we would
leave. He punched in my vehicle info as if we interrupted his day. (he's a big
fat man, u cant miss him if you saw him). He told us the car would be ready
in two hours. It was ready in 45 mins. Like I said, he was trying to get us
to leave so he wouldn't have to work. That's the impression we got. I won't
go back.

Made an appointment the day before, arrived next day and dropped off vehicle.
Within an hour had a call of what was wrong with vehicle and cost. Truck was
reading at that afternoon with no hidden surprises or charges. Will take vehicle
back again when needed.
