Sales=Don't Know, Service=Poor, Parts=Don't Know, bought there=No, scv_there=Yes,
I just came from Caruso Regency Dodge where I was charge $75 for them to pull a car in and out of one of their service bays.
My daughter dropped her car off for service because one of the back power windows wouldn't work. When the "technician" pulled her car into the garage and tried the switch it worked, so they did nothing more with the car. The service
manager even admitted they didn't even spend 2 minutes looking for the source of the problem, not even 2 minutes, and yet we had to pay $75 to get her car back. If they had even spent 15 or 20 minutes to make sure that a wire wasn't loose or pinched or *something*, anything, to try and figure out what was wrong, I wouldn't have a problem with being charged, but they admitted they didn't do a single thing, not one single thing, and yet charged us anyway.

As for Caruso Dodge,
I was originally looking for a SRT-10 Ram Truck. I was told that I could not test drive one. I was also told the same thing by Chevy's dealer for a Corvette and Fords dealer for a SVT Lightning. I thought this was very unfair and un-professional. I did find out later that it was due to the dealerships fear of my driving ability. Too much HP & Torque for some people. I eventually drove one and I was not as impressed as the sticker price said I should be.
I bought a new 2005 Dodge Magnum R/T from Jack Caruso Dodge on Atlantic Blvd. Jax. Fl. The price was fair for a new model. Jax. Dodge/Chrysler/jeep dealership on 9-A tried to charge $20,000 more than the MSRP of aprox. $46,000 for the SRT-10 Ram, what a JOKE !
Carla, the sales person, had not talked to me or my wife for more than 5-mins, before I asked if we could go for a test drive. She said sure. Carla went and got the keys, handed them to me and said "have fun, I'll see you back in...what an hour or so" and she insisted that we drive by ourselves. How often does that happen?
As for Dodge,
The R/T Hemi gets 13.2 mpg with quick & city driving.
The R/T Hemi gets 14.8 mpg with fast and highway driving.
The Magnum R/T gets nothing like the worst numbers for MPG on the MSRP sticker that dodge claims. The vehicle has a stall or hesitation when floored, you lose nearly 1-sec from the moment you stomp on it, until your Butt feels the acceleration. Mopar has no chips, no headers, no true dual exhaust, K&N has no air filter (they do have a oil filter) if your car didn't come with the manufacturers Roof Rack and cross bars, you can't buy them because there is no part number, there is no optional rear end gear to offer since the rear end in it now is supposed to be for good fuel economy. But the ST and SXT Gas misers, can both get the optional 390-rear end "the gas guzzler". The R/T comes with the standard 282 rear end, but does not allow the 390 rear end, which is more of a Performance rear end. This makes no sense.

I purchased a 2003 Stratus and when I drove it, it was fine. After paying for the car and leaving the dealership, I noticed a terrible noise on the right side of the car front). Also, when I went over a bump there was a popping noise on the left hand side of the car(rear). I took it back three times. One time they kept it 4 days and never fixed the popping noise on the left rear side of the car. They did find the problem on right side of the car. Also, I told them and they agreed the dash panel had a lot of noise. The popping side is still on the left rear side of the car and it even makes the noise when I come to a stop. Dash panel still sounds awful. They heard the noise, but said they couldn't find the problem. My car has 18,000 miles on it and it sound as though it is going to fall apart at any time. What a piece of junk. A friend of mine has a 1998 focus and it is so quiet when it is on the road.

I went and was prepared to purchase a new SRT-10, there was a black one on the lot. They would not let me test drive it before I was to purchase it. Needless to say I bought one from Bay Lincoln Mercury Dodge in Panama City Fl.
I owned A Ram QC Hemi prior to the SRT-10 and it had a couple valve springs break. I took it to Jack Carusos for warranty work and the first thing out of there mouth was did you buy it here. When I said no they just said well we'll see what we can do. They did fix it but service reps were rude and unfriendly. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone for service or new car buying.,

Trying to get a Mopar Alarm system installed that I purchased from this dealership. The truck is a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT purchased elsewhere, w/2500 miles on it. I have tried 6 times to get this dealership to successfully install the factory alarm but they keep breaking things or , I think, lying to me about the details about what they are doing. I drive about an hour to get to them (I live in Middleburg) and they keep acting as if they could care less about me and my trouble. Another dealership's service department will not touch it since this dealership has f'ed it up apparently. I am currently on the phone with Jeff Rivera, the service manager, who says that more parts are on order and that the service department is receiving faxes to help in the resolution of this issue. Maybe Jack Caruso needs to hear about this.

This place will sell you a car in a second, but plan on having it serviced someplace else. They can not handle to service the cars that they sell. I had a very bad service 01/02 and again this week. They never call to tell you what is wrong, what the cost is, or when it is fixed. Every time my truck has been there for service I have never had a call from them. You have to call them, sit on hold to get a status. I voiced my concerns with the service manager last year and I see this week, nothing has been done.
