The sales guys at this dealership except for Tufan are terrible. They are like vultures just waiting for you to come in there so they can swarm you and try to rip you off. Actually buying a car there (we have done it 3 times...never again) is a painful process. 2-3 hour wait time just to get to see someone about signing the paperwork. Service department is absolutely horrible, I would NEVER recommend taking another vehicle there, for anything. Just trying to get them to cover defective parts is a run around that requires finding the head service manager or the owner of the dealership (I had to get Mr. Andrews), and they are rude to boot. They won't listen to you when you tell them what the issue is. I really would avoid them like the plague from now on. I'm just happy I didn't buy my Dakota there. Vehicles purchased there are a 1995 Dodge Ram 2500 CTD, 2001 Intrepid ES, and 2006 Charger R/T. Parts department clerks are rude and don't seem very smart, but at least they answer questions when I have them.

The used car department was horrible. The managers and sales people were awful!!!! They were giving me the run around about this car and lying. The first thing they told me when I went there was they were a five star dealership!!! I would never recommend them to anybody. They had me sitting in the dealership for 5 hours waiting to buy a car. They kept lying about prices and when I told them never mind about the car, they got very mean with me.
0 star dealership not 5!!!!! I want to call the local newspaper about you guys b/c you are really horrible.

I have purchased three trucks from this dealership. They have excellent sales, service, parts, and body shop departments. I have used all of these departments and would highly recommend this dealership.

Nice people. Dan Perry was very helpful. The sales person seemed a little lost, but Mr Perry made up for it..
