Just bought a new vehicle this past weekend. Sales and Finance staff were very courteous and went out of their way to ensure our buying experience was pleasant and unproblematic. In fact we didn't even intend to purchase this weekend but decided to after the great way we had been treated. Would definitely buy from them again.

This dealership has been horrible since day one! They lie about everything-you cannot trust them. They are rude to us and call us names. They do not back the vehicles that they sell. They do not care to work with people or come to compromises, it is all about what they say and that is final. If they do not like what you are saying they refuse to talk and walk out of the room. They sold us a truck that did not have the anti-lock braking system ever bolted down and said they would check over the entire one year old vehicle and then when the appointment was made they did not do so and actually refused to do so.
Brandon Dodge is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with!!!!

I was lied to on several occasions while trying to buy a year end 1997 dodge truck or a 1998 new model quad cab. I was called at 9pm and told my dream truck was on the lot. After getting my school kids loaded in my 1994 dodge truck and getting to the dealers 40 min. later, we walked all over the lot with no such truck around. When a truck did come in a day or two later, I went to close the deal and they decided that my truck was worth $2000.00 less than agreed upon! I then went to Bob dance dodge in Orlando, bought a 1998 quad cab with no hassle for almost $3000.00 less than my deal at Brandon Dodge. I truly hated my entire experience with Brandon Dodge.

Great dealership!! I found a 2001 Dodge Ram I wanted to purchase; they worked with me on lowering the price of the vehicle, and fixed a few cosmetic problem. Brandon Dodge is one of the best dealerships I have been to in Florida... I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vehicle.
