I have found the folks @ Wilson to be very fair. I have been doing business there since 1991. The GM Keith is the best.
Also same folks in Service year after year, that means a lot. No other place in the area gives such good service year after year.

I have bought 5 vehicles from Bob Wilson over the years. My first one was bought after my car's engine froze up. I had to have the vehicle towed in. This was no problem, they helped me to get financing when no other dealership would even take an application from me. I bought a Caravan, and loved it, I have a family of tall men and the caravan had plenty of room. This was the early 90s. Then that van was stolen and set on fire. Had to have another vehicle, and had no down payment because the insurance money went to pay off the stolen van, again Bob Wilson worked to get me into a vehicle. This time the salesman suggested a Grand Caravan because of the tall young men and my husband's wheelchair. It would give us more room. My third vehicle bought from them was a Stratus. This has to be the best driving and riding car ever built. Even people who rode in Lexus and BMW said they liked my car's handling and ride better! I then took my daughter to get her first car, they put her in a new 2002 Neon. She was a single gal and it seemed a perfect fit! Then she met and married a widower with 3 children, they added another, so now they have 4. This car is small and all 6 can't fit in it. But the oldest teenager doesn't usually go places with the family, so it is perfect for the 5 who routinely travel together. They live in Spring Hill and travel to Tampa to work each day. The car has been excellent! It gets good gas mileage and is comfortable driving. They have over 130.000 miles on it and have had a couple of repair needs. Bob Wilson handled it great, usually completing repairs in just one day. The transmission being replaced took two days because of getting the parts. The warranty is great and I recommend that you purchase the extended warranty. She has had no more than $50.00 co pay each time she has had work done on it. And she has had work done about 4 times, which seems reasonable for a vehicle that is driven 120 miles roundtrip every day. I bought a 2004 Ram new. It is a quad cab and has plenty of room for 5 of my 6 grandchildren, or my 2 sons, 1 son in law and husband as well as myself, I am the shortest at 6 feet. I will consider shopping no where else. When my son was looking for a new car we went to a couple of Ford dealerships, Toyota and Plymouth/Chrysler dealerships in the area, he was interested in the Ford 500 and the Chrysler 300. The interactions with the salespeople at the other dealerships was so awful that we say never again. They really didn't want to sell us a car. We returned to Dodge and left with a Charger the same day. Fantastic car!
I love the Ram Quad Cab 1500 that I bought. It has so much room inside it is incredible. I have tall family members and the height of the seats makes it where a 6'4" man can sit comfortably even in the back seat. LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!

No problems, the truck has been excellent in all aspects, no unexpected problems, just pure get up and go! Love my Dodge Ram 1500 Quadcab Hemi! May move up to a 2005 SRT10 Viper Powered Quad Cab yet!

Bob Wilson Dodge is fantastic. I love dealing with them. My sales person Jackie Shepherd is fantastic! I will tell everyone that I love this place and I will buy every car in the future there. There's a reason the Wilson Family has been in Business for 30 years!
Go buy a new Durango! There AWESOME. Yup... I got a Hemi.

I give up! I've had my Town & Country in for service for the same problem 10 times. Keep returning because after the third time they have "diagnosed" for free (even though they can't seem to figure out what the problem is) and they will (eventually) have the courtesy van get me to my office or home even though I have waited an hour for the ride at times. Promises about when car will be ready for pick up are not kept. Check engine light keeps coming on - electrical problems are evident - but Bob Wilson's service dept CANNOT FIND THE PROBLEM. I am now going elsewhere to see if I can get some service. The service techs are courteous though.

After being an GM and import buyer since 1974 (my last Dodge was a new '71 Dart that almost completely disintegrated in 2 years), thought I would give Dodge another chance. Styling of 2000 Grand Caravan Sport brought me in the door. Found beautiful new 2000 which we leased at a rather high rate, in my opinion. Deal was so-so, with few "run away to see the manager" games, but the car had exactly what we were looking for, so we went for it.
First service stop was scheduled, brought van in, told by service manager that "Oh, you live too far away, we only drive people in the courtesy van within 7 miles!" I live around 12 miles away, and I just spent $30,000 on a vehicle! This is not posted anywhere, by the way. Went to see salesman and he intervened. The Service Guy begrudgingly delivered me to the office, grumbling all the way.
Tires on front started to wear funny at about 5,000 miles. Came back in and got the same "7 mile treatment" and had to have the salesman intervene again. Nothing was found wrong with the car. Took it to a front end shop and found toe in off by a wide margin. By now I'm getting worried about the competency of Wilson's Service Department.
Transmission went into "Limp In" mode at 8,000 miles. Stuck in 2nd gear, no power to the speedometer. Fixed under warranty.
The A/C evaporator died killing the AC compressor at 24,000 miles.
Grinding in front brakes that the car had since it was new, and was told "that's normal" caused two complete front brake rebuilds at 10,000 and again at 19,000, the second one not covered by warranty. Another dealer switched us to "softer" brake pads at the third rebuild at 28,000 and this fixed the problem. This dealer did the work under warranty!
The transmission started hemoraging fluid at 32,000 miles, and was replaced by a new transmission by another dealer who is actually farther away from my office than Wilson and who DRIVES ME TO MY OFFICE with NO fuss!
Styling is still beautiful! Would have bought a new one, but called Wilson and the same salesguy who sold me the first one wasn't interested in discussing it. Went to another Dealer, and here the sales guy was utterly clueless, did not return my calls and didn't call me back with a price! Thought about buying the car after lease is up, except that the thing breaks so often and is so expensive to repair. Hey, the Warranty's up at 36,000!
Gave up! Bought a Honda Oddesey with same equipment, bigger engine and more reliability at thousands less than the equivalent Caravan. Treated with the utmost caring and respect by a salesguy that actually returns calls and knows both his product and competitor's features and benefits! The Honda may not be as pretty, but these guys drive me back to the office without a fuss!

Bought a new 2002 Ram 1500 Quad Cab with the 4.7 in August 2002. Spoke with a salesman via phone first to discuss various trucks on the lot and to set up a time to discuss purchasing one. I had already checked the inventory via their website. I presented him a fair offer and after confirming the amount with a sales mgr, I got a good deal. The whole experience leading up to actually purchasing the vehicle took 30 minutes or less. That's a far cry from what you usually have to endure (hours of time, lots of trips back and forth to sales mgr, counter offers, etc.). This was the best experience I've had purchasing a new vehicle. My salesman was John Shutt and was very helpful...and reasonable. A job well done. I drove past several other Dodge dealers to get to Bob Wilson and I'm glad I did.

Great Dealer. Unlike most, most of their staff has been there for several years, the general manager has worked there since the early 90's. The same for the service staff, you see the same people year after year. I have bought 5 new and at least 5 used since I started doing business with them since 1992. Very fair dealer, yes they are in business to make money but I have always felt comfortable. Service Manager also very helpful.
