I can't believe you charge $60.00 for an oil change. What a rip off/ I was paying twenty sum dollars at Nissan. I should have kept my Nissan. What a rip off.

I've purchased 4 trucks from Bob Dance - every experience was excellent, service is the best in town. The best part is they have a Jeep store across town with the same excellent service!

These people should be monitored by legal professionals who look out for the consumer. These people LIED, LIED, and manipulated my husband and me for that matter. The sales man will tell you anything you want to hear to make the sale and sale his own mother's soul I am convinced if it would make you happy. Then when you tell them what they said to try and hold them to the word, they tell the customer they are lying they never said that! Run as fast as you can away from these people. I know God will send judgement to them and thier familes for the way they Ruin other people's families! Don't even set foot on thier property, they are like sickeningly decietful!! Please warn everyone about these liars!!! I would not send my worst enemy to them!!!!!!!

Bob Dance Dodge is the best place in Central Florida to purchase. Between my family and myself we have purchased and leased 26 cars in the past 8 years. of the 26, 18 have been from Bob Dance.
Great service      Low Pressure Sales    Lowest Prices in Florida     I like the fact that Bob Dance is Family Owned and operated .
I had one problem with a back ordered part for my past Ram, Mr Dance called me with updates on the part and personally met with me during the repair.
Mr Dance I will be ready for a new ram in 2005. Please stay the way you are (easy to deal with ,low prices and great service)

They're sales department and sales teams is terrible! They're everything you'd think of when you think of a car salesman. We will NEVER buy or lease from them again. Not only did they lie and trick us, but they made it nearly impossible for us to break our lease.

Unreal. Like a bunch of vultures Won't let you walk the lot without an escort. Then once you get into the finance department they force you to try and take an extended warranty and tell you they can't get your loan approved without it.

Have been seriously shopping for a Dodge Ram truck and visited this dealership twice. The second time, when I walked onto the sales floor (after being attacked getting out of my vehicle by an aggressive salesman) I saw the salesman lined up like vultures standing at the window HOLLERING out when a car pulled onto the lot! I was lied to on the phone when I called about the truck I wanted and the availability. I was treated poorly while I was there and overheard a salesman talking horribly to a customer. I personally witnessed FOUR customers leave mad! I'd never go back.

I bought a new Ram 1500 SLT. Was told that I would get a full tank of gas, after getting in my vehicle....you guessed it. There was less then 1/2 a tank. Went inside and let them hear about it, was told to get out of the showroom. Door locked behind me. While driving home in disbelief my phone rang, It was the manger telling me that the little old man Bob Dance heard the ordeal and told him to call me and bring the truck back if I was unhappy. The next morning.........here is the keys you punks!!! The manger was rude told me to leave his office and go out side to wait to get my trade back. After swapping my tags, I drove off. What a sorry car dealer this is. Next day I went to Orlando Dodge, my god what a great place. Not only did I find a truck, I found one with more options and 2,700 less. Thank you Bob Dance......You Suck !!!

Sales=Good, Service=Avoid, I bought a $25,000 Dodge Ram 1500 slt. Nice truck! anyway, the thing needed to be cleaned when sold. A poor job was done by new car clean up and tape, glue and mud were still on the vehicle! A white powder residue (wax?) was on the windows and rubber parts. The Bed had a black pvc bedliner covered in dust, red clay and mud. this was not cleaned by any stretch of anyone's imagination.
I took the car back with a complaint to the Sales Mgr. He said it would be done properly and apologized. It took three hours with me waiting in the showroom and was only finished because I complained twice that I had to leave to go to work! You guessed it- it still has not had the bed liner cleaned, but only sorta hosed down. I told the salesman that the truck was great. I said the sales people were very good to me. But, I said that in my opinion, with the limited experiences I have had so far, that service sux!
I was pulled into the GM's office almost by force and told by Scott Dance, Bob Dance's son, that NO ONE can come into his showroom and say out loud that service sux! I told him the problem was not of my making. I said that I will not be keel hauled after be treated shoddily by HIS service people! I then told him I had to leave to go to work, and that we can continue our polite conversation another time if he wished.
I called Chrysler Corporate to make a dealer complaint. They took down the information but said that they could and would do nothing. BOB DANCE DODGE HAS SUCKY NEW CAR SERVICE!
