My husband and I just purchased a new Santa Fe from Bob Dance and we are EXTREMELY disappointed with several facets of our experience:
1--The car was dirty, smudged, and had lines (which we briefly thought were scratches). They told me to bring in the vehicle for a detail and told me it would be a long wait so we cleaned it ourselves.
2--They sent us home with only 1 key and 1 key fob-I had to return the next day to pick up the additional key and fob.
3--There was about 3 gallons of gas in my BRAND NEW vehicle, and when I asked about why I didn't have a full tank I was told they didn't have a gas card. Then, the next day, they told me I could bring in a receipt and return the NEXT day for my reimbursement! Unbelievable!
4--My sales rep mentioned several times that if we don't give a good rating on our survey (which they are supposed to be calling us about) he will "get a pay cut." After I told him I would be honest about our experience he said that he really needed us to give all "10's". He called us twice to tell
us we needed to give a good rating on the survey. 5--I received a voice mail 2 nights after we purchased the vehicle (and signed all necessary paperwork) telling me we have to return to the dealership and sign different finance paperwork! What unbelievable liars! I have a feeling we will end up
returning this vehicle today, but we already gave our trade-in and have no idea on its whereabouts!
