My van was missing so bad I had to have my van towed into the service department. I left it there with the keys. Three weeks later I can't get anyone to tell me what the problem is so I go down there instead of calling ( like I had been doing) seems they did not even know my van was there (honest)! The computer had to be replaced & of course the computer had to be ordered, It took a total of SEVEN weeks to get my van fixed and out of the service department.
