Sales=Don't Know, Service=Poor,
Took my Ram 1500 there for a timing chain rattle. They quoted $600 for a job that according to a service bulletin should only take 2.5 hrs. As a matter of fact I replaced the chain in 3 hrs myself at a cost of only $30 for parts. I asked them if there were any service issues with the chain and they said no. After I put the new timing chain on I saw the service bulletin on this site. Now I have to go back in and put a tensioner on the vehicle. Others I know also loathe their service.
