Cannot get any answers form them, when asking for technical assistance, the common answer is bring it in and we will look at it, Daimler Chrysler hasn't been any help with any of my problems either.
Daimler Chrysler has a lot of issues with quality, one of my problems is and was, less than 1000 miles out of warranty noticed that my dashboard was cracked, dealer was no help, called Daimler Chrysler and all they had to say was its out of warranty, told them to stuff the dashboard where the sun doesn't shine. Now i have 60k miles and the cylinder head is cracked and leaking coolant into the cylinder, plan to repair the truck then trade it in on any other brand of truck but a Dodge!!!

Called dealership to run down a transmission code problem. Service department would not give any information over the phone except to bring truck in. Had code and code description. They still would not help. Avoid this dealership like the plague.

The owner of this dealership is the most unprofessional business man I have ever had to deal with, the sad part to this is I have bought a vehicle from him. Never again!
Understand I have had a few major problems with this truck but it has been a workhorse with 240k hard miles and still in excellent shape. I am giving this truck to one of my employees to continue to be a service truck averaging 150 miles a day 5 days a week. I will be buying a new 2500 4wd diesel within the next two weeks I would not buy anything else. It is sad to say I will have to go out of town to purchase a new company truck for my plumbing and electrical business which is local.

After my experience with my piece of junk, I will never again buy any thing associated with Chrysler. Things have been so bad I have my own web site mydodgesucks.org. The truck has had transmission problems twice, paint delaminating, carpet gets Wet when it rains, passenger side electric door lock does not work, three speakers have blown stereo is 100% factory stock, Odometer has stopped working, 480$ in engine work for which there is a TSB but It came out of my pocket. I called national Chrysler, district rep, and the local dealer management. They did not seem to at all care. All repair cost to date have been out of my pocket, even thought the truck would still be under warranty to this day!
