Truly the most dishonest and poorest customer service I've ever experienced. After my 2005 Jeep is towed in for a faulty transmission (after 2 recalls) I am told Arrigo doesn't offer loaner cars and no courtesy car so I can either rent a Enterprise Car rental on site for $94.00 or take a cab home. The employees obviously don't anticipate repeat business. If I could surrender the vehicle and never set foot in the place again it'd be worth it. These folks should be out of business.

Takes months to get parts in for service repairs. Owner Mr Arrigo was extremely unprofessional when I met with him regarding my concerns. His advice to fix my air bag was to attend church. I'm Jewish!!!! Maybe he should take the time to get to know his customers before discussing religion. As I left his office he mumbled under his breath that he was going to make my first payment but because of my attitude he wasn't going to assist me. Really mature and professional...buyer beware

Arrigo Dodge is definitely a dealership to be avoided. The salesmen and finance associates lack honesty and integrity. The service dept does not have a clue. I had a terrible experience w/ the caravan I purchased. I would never recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle from there. If you have to travel extra miles, trust me, it will be worth it.

My problem was waiting for the survey to obtain a tank of diesel fuel, I never got the survey so after almost two months I finally called them and was told the survey had been completed and sent in. But they told me to come in and get the tank of fuel anyway which my son in law did, the truck was almost on empty, but instead they gave him a check for $50 made out to me. This didn't help him one bit with no money and a useless check made out to me. He had a great inconvenience try to get a hold of my husband to get some money to buy some diesel fuel, not every gas station sells it. This whole episode over the gas really soured me towards Arrigo Dodge, I remember whenever you bought a new vehicle the gas tank was filled up.
Dodge is an old name, and basically what can go wrong with a new vehicle? but its the little things like this that put a damper on wanting to do business with them again. Some companies go to great length to advertise their product or service and when you go in some surly individual turns you off, I didn't get any surly or incompetent staff, my complaint with Arrigo Dodge was just the run around with a tank of gas.

This is Satans car dealer. They scammed me on a warranty deal and hired a sales manager that did several bad deals and bolted when a few of us found out what was going on. He had me sign two contracts after saying he made a typo and used it to forge another contract. These thieves cost me over $5000 and ruined my credit! Run from these devils!!!!!!!

They really need someone that can talk diesel behind that counter, the one gut they had is gone and he wasn't all that but at least he had a clue. They are really high on all there price's. I drive 40 miles to get parts and still save money.
