i think that this dealership is one of a kind, everything i asked for i got, and they went the extra mile for me,
you cant make everyone happy and dealing with a lot of the old people that are in our area, not all of them are bad, but there are some that all they know how to do is complain, i have nothing to complain about and i would buy my next car from them.

We experienced what can only be described as Bait & Switch when looking for a used vehicle.
The Service Department does decent work. However my last experience with them resulted in a $2,500 estimate for engine work when we took it in for air conditioner service. Most of the work needing to be done (per Advantage) was work that had already been performed by them in the last year (e.g., serpentine belt, transmission service) in addition to "you might as well get this done while we have it apart".
Very disappointing. I will not go back to Advantage for any reason. I suggest Lake County people needing car service, or interested in buying a car, go to Orlando or Kissimmee.

I have purchased 3 vehicles from there. They are great people and have the best Service Department that I have ever dealt with, and I am an ex Chrysler Employee.

I had taken the truck in for repair before warranty expired. The reason I put avoid sales is the general manger response. This dealership also had an unacceptable rating with the B.B.B. prior to me adding my complaint.
