A recent trip to this Dealership reminded me why I hadn't been there for parts or service for over 7 months.
Upon asking the parts department for ATF+4 I also inquired about how he thought I would need for a fluid and filter change on my truck. The parts employee looked at me as if I had two heads and said "I have no idea".
So, of course I still need the extremely overpriced fluid, so I ask, "Well, how can I find out". He say's, "I don't know, maybe Service can tell you?".
Now then, he has a phone 2 feet from him that would work just fine for this task, but instead, he points me to the service department. Pretty sad when a place that gets $7.50 for a quart of Transmission fluid can't even serve their customers properly.
I also have two service horror stories from this dealer, my fingers would fall off trying to type out the details.
If I were to be in the market for a new Truck, this would NOT be the place I would go first.

I have been buying cars here for 12 years when it was still Rittenhouse Dodge. I have found the service department to be top notch and the body shop excellent. The sales department is above average. I would recommend to anyone!

I took my truck in several times to get them to check why the Truck was stalling. They Never got the problem solved. I had to keep calling them to check the status of the truck. One time I called to ask how things where going. They told me had the truck in the shop and that they working on it, well little did they know I was standing next to my truck in the parking lot talking to them on my cell phone. Finally I had enough when they told me it would cost me $428.00 to replace the overflow valve they said it was a three hour job well it took me about ten minutes to replace myself. And still after all of that the truck still stalled out. This was After days of supposed diagnosis time. If you need A Diesel serviced in Newark Delaware stay away from NEWARK DODGE.
