Sales person, Ed S was informative and did a reasonable job presenting the product. Deal was OK. My wife has been to the Service Dept a few times, mostly routine. They treat her OK, but a couple times it took a lot longer than expected and she told them so. They have been respectable and we do go keep returning, even with other alternatives.

I bought my 1999 Dodge 4 by 4 with the Cummins and a 5 speed there new, The sales person, Ed Durdeck new what he was doing, and was decent to do business with, I will buy another truck from him at Carter dodge when I need one. The service dept seems excellent to, although I only used it for a recall on my 96 Dodge van airbag and a faulty crank position sensor on the 99 All warranteed.
