bought my first truck there and loved it. went in for tire rotation and alignment.
very bad. tires were rotated alignment was out of whack and when i drove down
the street lug nuts began to fall off along with tires. no one bothered to torque
down the lug nuts after the rotation, they just used the impact wrench.
my 05 dakota is rock solid and would definitely purchase another one.

On Mon. the 4/19 i was leaving the Golds Gym in Enfield and my 1998 Jeep cherokee
would not start. I stood in the parking lot hopeless with no cell phone and
no ride home. Two technicians from Artioli Dodge came out of the gym, apparently
they were on their lunch break and they went to the gym for a quick work out.
They noticed that I was having trouble and wasted no time helping me out. The
technicians names were James Stephenson and Carlos Balula. They diagnosed the
problem and gave me a ride to the dealership to get the parts needed for the
repair and to make an appointment to have the part put in. I would have had
to wait about an hour for a tow and about another hour to have the vehicle serviced,
they were very busy that day. One of the techs James Stephenson noticed that
i was going to be delayed for a few hours and offered to put the part in in
the parking lot. I accepted his offer and in a short amount of time I was on
my way back to the dealership for a free 23pt. inspection to make sure that
nothing like this would happen again. My vehicle was ok and so am I. I am overwhelmed
how customer orientated everyone is at Artioli Dodge. I will return.

I was scheduled for my 60k svc on my Ram 1500. I went out to start the vehicle
and the battery was dead, I called to let them know that I would be unable to
make it into the dealership for the service because the vehicle would not start.
When I called I spoke to James Marinaccio the assistant service manager, he
said that it was no problem and that he would come out to my house and help
me along. He showed up and in about half an hour he had my vehicle started.
We dropped the vehicle off at the dealership and he gave me a ride to work.
When I went to pick up the truck later that night i was surprised to find that
there was no charge for the "house call" and they didn't try to sell
me anything that I didn't need. I was amazed with the service that I received
and I will recommend anyone to have their vehicle serviced at Artioli Dodge.
They are 5 star and they proved it!

I have been to several dealerships for both my '01 Jeep Grand Cherokee and my
'03 Dodge Viper. One dealership that I was very unpleased with for service of
my Jeep was Bertera Metro in Springfield. Everyone there was rude and lazy!
I then started taking both of my awesome vehicles to Artioli Dodge in Enfield,
CT. Number 1 dealership in New England and it definitely shows all around. And
one more thing I'd like to mention is that they have the cuties! working on
the vehicles. Very pleased indeed- Natasha.

When I call to set up the service for our truck I asked if I could bring my
own oil. I use Mobil 1. I was told yes and they marked on the repair order to
use my oil. I had a recall and a number of things that needed to be done on
this service. This was the first time back to the dealer after buying the truck
from them. I showed up to drop the truck off the day before the day of service.
There were no other people waiting to be waited on. But they treated me like
I was bugging them. They even had me fill out paper work. I again told them
about using my own oil for the 6000 mile service oil change. The guy at the
desk said he made a note of it. The next morning I called just to make sure
they remember to use my oil which was sitting on the pass side floor. They said
it was all set they knew all about it. I wait almost all day and I don't here
nothing about my truck so I have to call the dealer. They tell me they had to
order parts for the trans and they would be in two days. Twos pass end of the
2nd day I still here nothing I make another call, I'm told oh the parts did
not come in they should be in on monday. Monday comes and almost goes and no
call again. I get called on Wednesday by the dealer saying the truck is all
set. Make a longer story short. I get up there to find they forgot to use my
oil, and a nice scratch on the rear fender that was not on the truck when I
took it to the dealer. So I wait around while the fix things they should had
done while they had the truck 9 days in the first place. And then the used rubbing
compound on the scratch. Some of why I took the truck in for in the first place
are still taking place like the rear rotors feel out of round. Not happy never
going back.
and they call themselves a 5 star dealer!!!!!!!! the service department falls
short of 5 stars

Sales=Good, Service=Good,
I've bought three vehicles (1 Stratus, 1 '98 P/U, and a 2000 P/U) within the
last 2 years. All three vehicles have had MAJOR problems, though not a dealer
issue. They've worked hard to help me get appropriate warranty and service work.
I traded in my '98 2500SLTVRam for the 2000 QuadCab 2500 SLT, and with 523 miles
the transmission is wrecked. The dealer is trying to work out the repair details.
Sales department is a pleasure to work with. Service is hard working as well.
