This dealership is a joke. Sales waste your time by telling you they can beat
any deal to get you in there. When you look at their deals the trade in value
is a joke! It has to be the lowest of any Dodge dealer in area. At least it
was in my case on 2 separate occasions. I thought I'd give them a second try
yesterday and I even told them what the other dealers were offering as discounts
and trade in value for my SUV. The offered the same discounts and $6000 less
on the trade! As for service. Just as bad! I called to make an appointment and
asked if could be there first thing in the morning and that I would have to
wait. I was told no problem as it would take 1/2 hr at most to look and fix
my problem. Got there first thing then after 1/2 hr I noticed my truck hadn't
moved. When I asked when they were planning on looking at it because I was sitting
waiting I was told that afternoon! When I explained the problem I was having
with this they didn't seem all that bothered until the Service Manager caught
this and decided that they could look at it. When I asked a question about the
temp sensor they photocopied the owner guide for me! Nice, like I couldn't read
that for myself. The fact that the temp display takes for ever and a day to
change seemed to go unheard.
In my opinion avoid like the plague!

Sales are terrible. I go to look for an Aspen and tell them exactly what I'm
looking for in terms of my trade and how much I'm willing to pay/month (I know
you're not supposed to but I've done the math with all the rebates etc so I
know where I can be in terms of payments on a good deal. "No problem Sir
we can get you to that figure". They come back with a trade value $4000
less than any other dealer and $100 more per month than I said I was looking
for. So I head out. So they call me back 2 weeks later and reckon they can get
me to where I want to be as there's some additional incentives. So I got back
and now they're $75 more per month! Needless to say I didn't buy the Aspen from
them! Service is just as bad. I book my Ram in for warranty work and I specifically
ask them if I can bring it in first thing in the morning as I have to wait for
it. "No problem Sir, bring it in at 0830 and we'll look at it straight
away". So in I go and I ask how long it'll be as I'm waiting. "It'll
be this afternoon before we can look at it" is the response! I remind them
of my request and they don't seem all that bothered until the Service Manager
hears the conversation and it's looked at immediately.

At 27K miles the ECM was reprogrammed for a cruise control issue. Now I have
a truck with no bottom end power, a cruise that was spot on and now varies -2
to +3mph, and >1mpg decrease in mileage. The thing stinks, never did before
and now rattles, I hate that. Prestige has had the thing for 5 days, the factory
rep, that I made arrangements to come out of Denver through the Dodge hot line
refused. I feel like I was "baited and switched" only the switch was
after the sale. The Svc dept acts like they don't hear "it's not running
right" and just gives me "everything is within parameters". I
loved the truck before they pulled the power and hid behind a safety recall
saying "you can't go back". That really chapped me, I've worked with
burnable technology for 15 years and I hate being lied to. It won't be a shame
on me for them to get my $ twice, not again.
I did a lot of research and testing before I purchased. This was the truck I
wanted, had demo'd to me and decided it was the one. I've talked to many that
saw no real change with the recall, so my issue now falls to Prestige's Svc
Dept. I spent tooo much to be treated like this. I really don't care what Prestige's
issues with Dodge are, I handed my keys to Prestige and they handed them back
only they kept the power, exactly what I paid for, won't again. Recall for 6sp
only.

We are very displeased about the handling of the sale and repair of our 2001
Dodge diesel 3500 truck. We were coerced into the sale at 9 PM and into many
features that we did not need. Then when some repairs came up, of course the
extended warranty didn't cover. Tom Martino was dead right. We now have a truck
that we can't trust to go to Lake Powell where we might get stuck without air
conditioning in the desert or simply broken down with a gas delivery problem.
All for $1200. We do not want to consider a Dodge product again nor this dealership
which treats us like dummies.
