The service department does not want to do waranty service they have to be forced in to it. the service manager is not
knowledgeable about the diesel products. Of the work that was done qualities of it is a concern most of what they worked on needs to done again. The service manager told me that I should go to another dealership for service when i asked if he had someone with knowledge of the 2004 pickup. This is a nice truck but my 1998 D3500 is better it get better mileage doing the same work and is still running strong with 285000 miles on it.
