Based on the previous comments about Johnson Auto Plaza, I decided to give them
a try. Absolutely the best dealership and purchase process I have experienced.
As suggested, I dealt with Kathy and Linda in the Fleet Dept. When I couldn't
find a truck to fit my needs, they let me order one with no deposit and no obligation
to take it when it arrived if I wasn't happy. In addition, I was able to buy
at employee price and they gave me $1500 more on trade than local dealers wanted
to give me a year prior when the truck had 20,000 fewer miles on it. I haven't
had the chance to use the service dept. yet, so can't comment, but based on
the rest of the dealership experience I expect I will not be disappointed.

Linda and Kathy in the fleet dept. are great. I talked to a number of dealerships
and found that I knew more than they did. Not so with these two ladies. They
had answers to all my questions and told me things I didn't know. Got the '03
for $300 over invoice and got a very good trade-in for my '99. Only down side
was that the new rig was not very clean when I picked it up - not something
I couldn't live with. They wanted to clean it right but I wanted the truck.
Have used the service dept. twice - neither time for any repair but to check
a couple things out. Both times they did what I asked and I was pleased with
the information they provided. Great experience.

Kathy in the Fleet Dept is the person to work with. We bought this by faxing
the options and accessories, she replied immediately and accurately. While this
was not the low bid, it was only $300 over invoice, all accessories at cost
plus reasonable labor where applicable. No deposit was required, only our word
that we would buy the truck when it came in. This is a great "handshake" is
good enough for us dealership. The dealership has tried 3 times now and still
has not properly aligned the front end. They have provided me with a loaner
car each time I've had it in. Service manager has told me to take it to a private
shop, and mail receipt and they will reimburse me.
