Sales team really worked for me to get a deal I wanted and financing. Communication was good as they called me back and answered questions.

The MOST unwilling group of people to deal with. After purchasing vehicle, returned to have some extra equipment installed on my truck, the salesman who sold me my truck then working in the parts department! (Maybe he was just impersonating a salesperson!) The mechanics are possibly psychics, at least that's how they seem to troubleshoot a problem, by guessing. Or maybe they use tarot cards!

I have taken my 2001 Dakota quad-cab in several time for various reasons and each time it comes back with the problem still existing, so I end up taking it back for a second or third time. The last visit was for the steering column, and when the vehicle was returned to me, it had an extreme amount of play in the steering which caused a safety concern. I took it back to Flower Motors and they found that the steering coupler was left untightened. This is completely unacceptable with regards to service and especially with regards to safety. Flower Motors has not offered to compensate me for my time or offer anything more than excuses or petty apologies. I will never buy a vehicle from Flower Motors again, nor will I recommend anyone to them. Because of Flower Motors treatment towards me, I might not purchase an other Dodge vehicle. Flower Motors has and claims a five star rating, which I don't know how they maintain or even got in the first place. They should be stripped of it for good.
