Ferraro Dodge was having a sale and had sticker in the window of a 2008 Dodge
Durango stating a $9,000.00 "discount" on the sticker price. After
months of research my husband knew exactly what type of Durango we wanted and
the options we were looking for. The vehicle on sale had everything we were
looking for and was a color we liked. After test driving the vehicle (by the
way the battery was dead when my husband and I tried to test drive and the vehicle
had sat on their lot so long that a wasps nest had formed in the passenger side
door about the size of a baseball) we knew this was the vehicle we wanted to
drive home with that night. But apparently the "discount" was not
a discount, but numerous rebates that the sales team had not even researched.
We qualified for two of the three, but the third rebate is where we ran into
problems. The get the last $2,000 dollars off you have to finance through Chrysler
(at a ridiculously high interest rate) and you have to own another Dodge vehicle
and show proof by bringing in the registration. Luckily we own several other
Dodge vehicles, but we also live an hour and a half away from this dealer so
showing proof by registration was tricky, but we did get a copy faxed to their
offices. After doing this then they explain that we also have to finance through
Chrysler to get the "discount" mentioned on the sales tag. We refused
to finance through them and asked that they honor the "discount" on
the sales tag. They refused and we told them this was fraud and they suddenly
became defensive and angry with us (gee, you think they may have been guilty).
The actions that followed amazed me, I've never been treated so poorly in my
life. Needless to say we walked out after a heated discussion. I will never
purchase anything from this dealer and it is still up in the air whether my
husband and I will ever purchase another Dodge vehicle.
Upon returning home, we immediately searched the internet and sure enough there
is a state statute and two auto dealer rules in the state of Colorado that prove
this dealership was committing fraud and practicing misleading advertising.
But who do I go to to report them? Who enforces these rules/laws? No wonder
the American auto manufacturer is a dying breed. If they keep hiring slum bags
to sell their products they won't exist in 5 years.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent, Parts=Excellent, bought there=Yes,

I just bought a vehicle from Ferreros. This was my first vehicle buying experience
and it went very smoothly. Our sales person was so patient and kept in touch
with us after the purchase to make sure we were still happy. A few days after
we bought the vehicle there was a small problem with the a/c so we took it in
to them. They got it fixed by the next day and put us in a rental while it was
being fixed. They also went out of their way to get us lower percent rate on
our loan AFTER we agreed on the first rate. They made a obvious effort to give
us a good deal. I definitely recommend this dealership.

Sales=Poor, Service=Avoid,
Ferraro took 5 tries to fix my air conditioner. I finally took it to a Dodge
dealer in Missouri who who immediately knew what the problem was. I take exceptional
care of my cars, after Ferraro worked on my truck it was scratched. It took
several visits and finally marching into Ryan Ferraro's office to get the truck
re painted...and then they did a very poor job. I ended up taking it to a body
shop that actually knew what they were doing. These guys are a JOKE avoid at
all costs. Don't waste your money or your time at Ferraros. I tell everybody
I know not to go there.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent,
Very pleasant to work with. No negotiations necessary - ordered the vehicle
for invoice + $200. At the time of the delivery, the Daimler Chrysler gave us
another $300 Holiday Discount - I like those discounts a lot! Overall, they
did what they promised and they charged us less than what the quoted invoice
was - pleasantly surprised. I asked them to do the undercoating for my new RAM
- after close inspection on my creeper, I concluded that their service department
did an outstanding job covering the undercarriage with the heavy-duty undercoating,
filling even the tightest corners. Nice work! I highly recommend them.
