This was originally "Jim Glaze Dodge and Mazda"
I purchased my '95 Jeep Wrangler there in Feb. of '95 when is was owned and
called "Jim Glaze". My Jeep was serviced and maintained there with
very good service. Once the ownership changed hands and became Redlands Dodge....
Everything changed. Service on my factory recalled CAT was no-longer honored
and when looking there to purchase a 2002 Dodge Ram Diesel, I was told the automatic
was the only choice I had. They refused to work with me in obtaining a 5 speed
manual.... I went to Frahm Dodge in Norco and found what I was looking
for.
The ownership and management of Redlands Dodge does not hold well with me nor
two of my friends that had major problems with their service department.

I live about 170 miles from this dealer and I went down to this dealer because
on the phone they said that they could give me the best deal around. I went
down there and they started off by lying to me about a set of keys for the truck
in the paper. After they finally "FOUND" the keys and they made me
an offer, which was more then I wanted to put down, and they were not giving
me what my trade was worth. So I went to leave and they followed me out to my
car and said that they would give me more for my trade, and with nothing down
on the truck, so I went back in. Then the GM came out and took back the offer
to pay my more for my trade and I again had to put money down. Needless to say
I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO REDLANDS DODGE TO BUY ANYTHING NOT EVEN TOLIET
PAPER

Sales=Good, Service=Excellent,
Bought the truck here after being given the run-around at another local dealer....
Sale was fast and efficient, taking about 2 hours before I was able to drive
away with the deal that I wanted. Service Dept. is great, with "Jamo" always
there to help with anything needed... So far, he's definitely in the top of
all the Svc. Advisors that I've had the "pleasure" of dealing with...
