Sales=Don't Know, Service=Avoid, Parts=Don't Know, bought there=No, scv_there=Yes, Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=No,
when i went there to get my 2000 jeep wrangler looked at for the emissions recall that took place in the year 2000 i did not receive any notice for my jeep being on the recall anyway the person i had talked which i will not release a name he had taken the most amount of time he could before taking care of me he was not doing his job nor was he polite to me i wish i could have had a better impression of this dealership because it would be nice to be able to go to a place so close but i feel i will never take my business there ever again.
i hope that this dealership will clean up there service department and then i might consider thinking about going back there

Sales=Avoid, Service=Avoid, bought there=Yes, scv_there=No,
The sales department was very pushy and rude. I have on my BRAND NEW truck a loose door and the service dept told me they were TOO busy to fix it. The parts dept is friendly and nice so only one bright spot in a otherwise gloomy dealer.

Sales=Good, Service=Avoid, bought there=Yes, scv_there=Yes,
Dealer service replaced defective transmission under warranty in 2002 PT cruiser albeit broke all four motor mounts in the process. As about a month went by before we discovered the problem and as the vehicle has 53,000+ miles, the service department and office staff concluded they have PLAUSIBLE DENIABILITY and decline responsibility.
The transmission mount is not broken so the break did not occur after the transmission was installed. It is unlikely anything we did would break all four motor mounts.
As for the motor mount I inspected, nothing about it indicates wear. The break is fresh and clear, otherwise it appears brand new and rubber is pliable. As for the other mounts, Hemet Chrysler is in the process of replacing those and I will not be able to inspect those for another week.
I am convinced all in the Service knew they were at fault but the management concluded they had plausible deniability and on that basis chose to defraud our company.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Avoid,
Took my jeep Cherokee in for transmission service and a "Check Engine Light" problem. They serviced the tranny and diagnosed the Engine Light in about two hours. While waiting, I inquired about a 2001 4x4 x-cab pickup on their lot. It was way overpriced and the salesman, Manny Rodiguez, told me that it was a special pickup and they were hard to find because there are not that many of them. I must have had stupid written on my forehead. I decided to play the game and he asked me about a trade-in...the jeep in service stall...he told me that I would be upside down by about 3-$4000. He didn't even wait to hear how much I owed on jeep. The salesman then checks out the jeep for appraisal. Guess what, he tells me the jeep has a front and rear main seal leaking oil. Yeah right! After fourth hours of waiting, I asked what the holdup was. They told me they did not have the part in stock to fix the Check Engine light! I told them to take it of the service stall immediately! and I would bring it back on another day...I took the jeep to Banning Dodge and they said the both engine seals are good. Banning dodge fixed the engine light too. I Was impressed with the service dept at Banning Dodge.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Poor,
The sales department is great. All the people are very helpful and friendly. The service manager is very honest. Over all they do have a good sales department. But the experience getting something done right the first time is bad. You have to take your car in more then once for the same thing. Very slow at their work. I bought a new truck and had to take it back for some paint problems. It's been in their body shop three times and they still can't get the job done right. Now I have to take it elsewhere. And the bad thing is I bought the truck in January. Brand new truck and they can't understand why were upset. I guess they take your money and run. I think they need to work on their skills on how to get the job done right the first time instead of having someone's car/truck longer then the owner. They have had the truck in their shop longer then I have had it at home.
