fast, easy to deal with sales people, NO PRESSURE or bad info. Service has been
OK, takes a while to get in and out, usual dealership hassles. parts dept is
ok, takes a while to get stuff in. Overall, not as well treated as at the BMW
dealership, but then the truck cost a little
less.

Had a couple of minor warranty issues in the first three years of ownership
(2002 Dodge RAM 1500) as well as routine maintenance. I was always treated with
respect and utmost courtesy, even on repairs they were not liable for. When
the vehicle was completed and ready for pick-up, it was always washed and delivered
cleaner than when it was presented for service. I would highly recommend this
dealer based upon my service experience-always first class.
Love my truck-Even though the newer ones (2006) have a bit more room and "bling",
I am not ready to give mine up anytime soon.

Sales staff wasn't overwhelming. Prices had the Options added to the sticker
so I could not really discern the cost as they seem to want average $3000 more
than MSRP for Dealer Options. They do tend to strike that amount if asked and
always mention they will beat any price. Unfortunately, the one I wanted was
very dirty and dusty and sat in their back lot (2004 model too!). Their salesgirl,
who was very nervous driving the larger trucks, will follow you no end and call
more than any I have experienced. At least she was trying, but their sales price
add-on numbers on the window kept me from them. Older sales team personnel know
their product line better.

many problems with the infamous A604 transaxle, tires and body damaged while
work being done, and Pat Hadden (service director) denied any wrong doing apparently
we drove in with a new tire with a hole in the sidewall and did not know it,
(tire was flat) window regulators were replaced about every eight months was
told that was normal, drive belt fell off while on original test drive and has
been replaced about every 10k miles since, moss owner said he was in business
to make money not friends so guess who gets to pay for trans repairs, let us
not forget the firewall cracking problem, a crack appeared on the firewall about
21 inches long total, was referred to their body shop for a estimate, again
my problem. at moss your at a loss!!!! should be their slogan.
