when we arrived at the dealership we already knew what we wanted, and called
ahead and when we got there the car was waiting. the salesperson took us for
a long test drive. It took us a few long hours to close the deal, and after
it was closed the salesperson said there is bad news, "We just found out
that there was a recall on the truck and it was illegal for us to take it off
the lot until the car was fixed! (we took a test drive in a truck that was recalled
for safety reasons!!) Just found out!!!!! They said it was no problem, they
would deliver the truck on wednesday. We left the dealership with only the owners
manual! on wednesday evening, the dealership called and said "bad news,,,due
to the high volume of new trucks that needed to be repaired, there was not enough
parts to go around and they had no idea when our truck would be available. 'We
tried to narrow it down, days, weeks, months,,,but they said they had no idea
when!! The general manager called the next day and said he had a 2007,(ours
was a 2006) that just rolled into the lot, same truck, engine, color....We said
we would take it (we had to have a car for my husband to commute in and couldn't
wait!) He told us to come in and we would go over new numbers!! In other words
he wanted us to buy a truck that cost a lot more than the one we bought and
that they have not delivered as promised! (Bait and Switch?!) He told my husband
that he was going through hardship because he had 50 trucks on his lot that
he couldn't sell because of the recall! Yet he sold us one of them without informing
us first of the recall until the final papers were signed!

We went to buy a durango they over charge they lied strung us along for several
hours they also insulted me over the phone. I will never go there again. They
are awful and over priced on there cars.
