Bought a Jeep Liberty from the Fleet and Internet Manager, Jim Povio. Jim was the best, honest and no hassle. He found the Jeep I wanted and got it to me fast and at a fair price. I'd recommend Jim Povio to anyone!

I went through an Internet auto broker that wanted me to drive to 2 different dealerships that were not within 50 miles of where I lived. After speaking to both dealerships and visiting one of the 2 dealerships I realized that the 2 dealers promises were bunk. Not only did the dealer misrepresent his price to me but also he didn't even have the truck I wanted even after I told him what I wanted.
I looked online at a list of local dealerships and found Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Burlingame. I called the dealership and asked for the fleet manager. A mister Jim Povio came on the line and I had a half-hour discussion with him. I then went to the dealership and met Jim. Jim is a 50-ish father of 3 and a real gentleman. He spent over an hour with me demonstrating the vehicle I wanted to purchase. We then went inside and I told him I had gone online and spent time looking up the cost of the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I gave Jim the figure I wanted to pay and he said ? If I sold you your new truck for that you would hate me forever?. Jim then sold me the truck for $900 less than I had expected and found me an additional rebate that I did not know about. I am still shocked at the professional way Jim treated me from the second he answered the phone right down to the 3 thank you calls and 2 cards my wife and I have received. I have recommended a friend to see Jim since I purchased my new truck and Jim treated him the same way. I would recommend Jim Povio to anyone that wants a straight forward no bs shopping experience.
