Incompetent incomplete service, excuses no direct answers or phone call backs as stated. Took it in for a problem and received truck back not fixed (incomplete) service started on June 10, 2003 returned truck back on June 27, 2003 only to drive off a few feet to find radio antenna not reconnected. Then to find out on 6/29/03 that the back seat was not repaired. Phoned June 30 and stated I wanted the truck picked up from me and inspected (cost of repair) and returned to me same day. When part arrived I would then drop truck for repairs and wanted it back same day. Was told I would receive a call back on the 30th whether or not truck would be picked up today or tomorrow morning. No phone call......
