Great service department willing to do everything in their power to help the customer. The sales manager is truly a great guy who is down to earth and willing to talk to the customer and understand both sides of a dispute on a Chrysler product. I had a fuel system installed at another dodge dealer 2 north and service team at Liberty treated me with more customer care and help than the dealer up north. When it came time to go to the regional manager Liberty took care of it and helped me out. I can not say that about Fireside dodge. I feel they could care less about me now that they already took my money the first time.

Great deal! This is the second care we purchased in a month. I just purchased a Dodge Magnum. Brand spankin new. It is the first one in Hanford and it is beautiful. Black with a silver shimmery sparkle to it. Sun roof and all automatic. Lots of room in the back. It's a dream. We made sure we asked for the same sales man who helped us last time and they remembered us and were very helpful and tried to get us the lowest rate to finance. I plan to purchase my next vehicle there for my daughter next year when she is of age to drive. Very satisfied!

Today my boyfriend and I wheeled and dealed for a chrysler cross fire. It is a beauty! As we sat in the office calling other dealers to see what they could offer us, Liberty Dodge was eager to make us happy and gave us a better deal than the other places we called. They were very nice and professional as they understood our reasons for calling other dealers, and that it was only to benefit our budget. I was so happy with them I am considering purchasing a Dodge Durango from them too! My boyfriend was already hot but now he is even hotter. He is the great looking blonde babe with blue eyes driving the silver Cross Fire in Hanford, California.

I agree, If you don't want to get ripped off on your trade in and lied to about the one you are buying STAY AWAY from LIBERTY. Rip off artist at their finest! I wouldn't buy another car from this place if they tried to give it to me!
Swore it had never been damaged or wrecked...The freakin cab and bed are 2 different shades of white on one side. I am partially to blame, I bought it at night and took their word. I traded them a 4X4 in hope of better gas mileage. Their sales pitch was right on the money, if I wanted better mileage I was making the right choice with their truck. I went down 4-5 miles per gallon!!! Then I went back a couple weeks later and they wanted to say my truck was worth 5,000.00 less than what I bought it for. That's the way to treat a return customer.

Extremely high pressure sales personnel. They will not give up until you buy....then after the sale, you are no longer a customer. They were my best friend, until I bought a 2003 truck. 6 weeks later I decided I wanted a 4X4 instead. I didn't even put a thousand miles on it, and they wanted to give me 6,000.00 less than I paid for it on a trade in. I was suppose to be a repeat customer....So much for that theory. I also feel that I was given a poor deal on my original trade-in on the original or first purchase. I should have known, this is a military town and dealers are known to take advantage of military. I got a nice truck but a bad deal and even a worst offer when I went back to buy another. The truck bed had been repainted (does not match) and it was not disclosed to me (don't buy at night). I was also told by the "manager" it would get better gas mileage than the one I had traded in.....that was far from true. I get very very poor fuel mileage, even on the highway. I have warned several people since my experience to STAY AWAY FROM LIBERTY in HANFORD, CA.
If you are looking for a good deal, helpful, friendly and HONEST sales people, don't go to LIBERTY DODGE in HANFORD, CA. I do however highly recommend RAZZARI FORD in VISALIA, CA. I bough my wife an Expedition around the same time frame. I give them an A+ all around.
