times and finally i took it to 2 other dealers because huntington beach dodge
could never fix it right every time i went to pick it up it wasn't done or done
right or something else was wrong with it they never do what they say they are
going to do and my truck now has 95,000 miles on it with a warranty they sold
me after market bad warranty company and has been to 2 other dealers in 3 years
for the same problem that was the problem with it when it left huntington beach
dodge with and this dealer is telling me they feel the problem when they drive
the truck but don't no how to fix it??????? this has been going on for 3 years
i think huntington beach dodge would take that bad lemon truck and give me a
new one

my problem with my truck were rude on the phone and when i went there several
times to confront them and the owner and there service department and body shop

Don't know about there sales, but for Diesel Trucks these are the guys!!! I
drive the hour and a half gladly to get any service or warranty work done there,
they are very good, and good Diesel Mechanics/Techs are hard to find in SoCal!!

Sales=Poor, Service=Avoid,
I took my truck into this dealership three times and twice I caught them trying
to put on parts that were not needed and when I really did have a problem they
did not find the problem but actually charged me for service that should have
been warranty. I ended up taking the truck to Union Dodge in Garden Grove and
not only were they friendly but they actually found the problem and fixed it..
In the process of these problems I went into the parts counter to but some parts,
no one even came out to see what I wanted, and when they did the parts were
double what Union Dodge was asking.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Avoid,
I purchased a new Dodge Viper from them for well over $80K. They did not disclose
that the car was passed around the country for several months because of problems
with the vehicle. After I purchased the vehicle, I asked the Viper expert about
break in period, he said "just drive it hard, they are broken in at the factory".
I found out later that his comment was absolutely false. The Viper actually
has an extensive break in period. I also asked when I should get the oil changed.
The Viper expert said "bring it in at 3,000 miles". That was also absolutely
false. The Viper REQUIRES and oil change after the first 200 miles. I found
all this out after discussing the issues with the manufacturer. Their sales
tactics are also questionable. When I asked to order floor mats, one of the
many the salesman they bombarded me with said he would get me "his special price"
for the mats. He got them for $80.00. I found out later that $80.00 was the
retail price.! These guys should not sell Vipers. They should stick to selling
Neons at 8K a pop. I ended up selling trading the car in at a reputable dealer
2 months later at a loss of $28,000.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Avoid,
Huntington Beach dodge was the worst buying experience ever. One- They sold
me a new dodge Dakota that had been damaged during shipping without disclosing
it. Two- they over charged me for the vehicle by about $3000.00 dollars. After
fighting with them for about four days, they finally exchanged the vehicle to
one that was in the price range for the lease they signed me up with. That was
the only good thing that can be said for the company. Except from day one, the
new Dakota with the 3.9 V6 , has been getting about 9-11 miles per gallon (horrible).
They have looked at the truck a few times and said that it is all normal. After
calling them to have a alarm system installed the guy told me that it CAN NOT
BE DONE... It would void my warranty. The only way to have an alarm installed
they said was to do it behind the fuse block, without tapping into any wires.
So in essence, no door,hood,starter kill, or flashing lights could be hooked
up, without the warranty being voided. So I went to GLENN THOMAS DODGE, and
they said that they were full of it. That it could be done no problem without
the warranty being voided. I would advise EVERYONE, to stay the hell away from
Huntington beach dodge, they're sales and service is the worst I've ever experienced.
HUNTINGTON BEACH DODGE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!
