I brought a 2002 dodge neon from this dealer. My car is great. They are a good
dealership except I asked for an owner's book for my car and never got it. This
is poor service from them. They should stand by what they tell you.

Sales=Poor, Service=Fair, scv_there=Yes,
The people completing the paper work at the service window should not throw
your I.D. back at you through their little window. This conduct is un-professional
and needs to be addressed. I would think that Dodge would hire quality personnel
to make sure that all customers are treated with respect and dignity.
Thank you, Concerned customer.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Poor, bought there=No, scv_there=Yes,
Took a vehicle in there to have a catalytic converter replaced under warranty,
was told that it would not be covered under warranty, even though i was many
miles/years under the warranty expiration for emissions. They told me it was
going to cost me over $800 to have it replaced. I am in the process of talking
to Chrysler directly to see if we can get this resolved. As for the transmission
linkage adjustment they "supposedly" performed in order to resolve
a shifting issue, I will not know for sure if it is fixed until the catalytic
converter is replaced, as I cannot really jump on the gas until it is replaced.
I have no idea how they could have road tested it under the conditions I am
having the problem if the catalytic converter is not operating properly.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Avoid,
I brought my Ram in for warranty repairs, these guys are the most incompetent
group of so-called mechanics/service writers I have ever ran into. They never
fixed my repairs and lied about other repairs. Still don't know why my transmission
slips 300-400 rpm's on highway???
