Everything started great, because they want your business, about 3 weeks later i was still receiving calls from the trade in, Bank...Finance kept telling one thing and lied, never returned calls, the truck back window was leaking, and they only way we found out it because it rained, it took numerous calls and one week later to be repaired, never repaired, went in with the rental and that was having transmission problems, finance telling us we were funded and we weren't, took our down payment and our trade in, and one month and a week later, we have NO TRUCK< NO DEPOSIT AND NO TRADE IN, we are driving a rental from the used car lot! The finance guy, took our checks to hold and STATED he would not deposit them due to being over drafted. HE STATED IN NUMEROUS occasions that the checks would not be put through and he would put a BIG post it note on it, and we can come in and pay cash! THAT did not happen, asked for check stubs and ID, and the bank said HARTZHEIM never sent them in after finance asked me to rush it over by 2:00pm so Standford credit union could pay out! THAT DID NOT HAPPEN, than they started getting upset because we were asking to have the broken step repaired due to it being on the passengers side and I'm 4 months pregnant, and that would be unsafe for anyone to step on. IF THEY WOULD HAVE JUST BEEN HONEST from the beginning, we would have had to go through this bad experience with every person being on the wrong page at dodge. Worse experience ever......San Jose is great!
