Haddad Dodge was the best buying experience I have ever had from the first phone call to putting my John Henry on the bottom line service was just as pleasant. Would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Wow! don't know what the rest are smoking but I have always had a great experience there! After reading several of these reports I have to be honest in stating there seems to be a lot of personal vindictive in them. Well get over it! Haddad Dodge is a great place to do business!  Rock on Haddad!

i can't say enough good about the way i was greeted and treated while i was there. they made sure i knew up front what it was going to cost and how much time it would take them. i broke down on the intersection going north and was towed there, not knowing what to expect. i was informed
of the progress throughout the process of my repairs and i am very happy with their service people. my vehicle was cleaned and returned promptly!  give them a chance!

Had transmission problem after I changed fluid and filters. Took it to Haddad to fix. After 6 hours, they told me they couldn't find anything wrong. Took it to Hunter Dodge in Lancaster, who actually dropped the pan, and found that I hadn't got the filter seal seated correctly. Although I had to pay for a complete transmission service, I am happy that Hunter found the problem. I'll never go to Haddad for service again. As a side note: Before buying my Dodge Ram, I had a Kia Sportage that I had taken to Haddad for minor problems, and they didn't fix them correctly. Also, when I bought the Kia, it didn't have a roof rack on it. Their parts department ordered, and they installed, a cheezy, removable rack. I protested, contacted my salesman, and got the stock rack ordered and installed. Good salesmen, crappy service!

Sales department has very poor followup, if any at all. Calls were never returned. Sticker sale price and options added by the dealer are often the same. Example: Sliding rear window is also a "dealer-added-option" $1995 tinted window. The sliding window is tinted from the factory. Why, then, the extra $1995? They are not listed as a 5-star dealer on the Dodge website. Maybe their "additional options" are the reason.

I have a small business here in bakersfield and have dealt with haddad dodge in buying five new trucks in the past four years. The service department should be closed down they are not honest they could not fix an empty fuel tank.. They have made all of my purchases a bad dream. John Haddad has lied to me on more than one instance they should truly be closed down... Take it from someone who knows this is a bad bad bad bad place to do business with...
dodge once built one hell of a truck now all they are building is their bank account... lie, lies...

Sales department was exceptional in providing me with a good understanding about my trade in, and financing, other dealerships tried to hide this info. Service department used to have large problems, but I am seeing a change with new management? My last two visits went well.

I will agree with an earlier survey submission that Haddad Dodge has good salesmen. I have purchased three (3) Dodge Trucks (two Rams and a Dakota) from Haddad Dodge and the sales team is good. Thank GOD I have only needed to deal with service on a couple of issues. They have a piss poor reputation and an attitude to match. It took them three times to order the right part for my Dakota! These are experts? Like hell!

Several Reports of service department damaging truck body and paint.

I wish I would have bought my truck from (San Joaquin Dodge) instead of Haddad Dodge

Deceit and Fraud is what I call it!!!!!!!!.

The service department cannot fix anything the first time.  It usually takes 3 visits and then the repair is not done correctly.  I have had four trips to the service department this time to replace a warped air filter housing.  Two out of the three attachment points were incorrectly installed.

Felt we were scammed over the vehicles problems before purchasing it.  We have $1350.00 out of pocket in 1 1/2 Months time and this is the 2nd time in the shop already. Now the service dept says it won't cover some of the problems.
