Sales=Don't Know, Service=Good, Parts=Good, bought there=No, scv_there=Yes, Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=Yes,
Have had numerous experiences with service department on my 1994 Chrysler Town & Country AWD van. Have had warranty work and customer pay work. Most recent was when my driver door would not close. Turns out, it was a broken door hinge. While they did not have a body shop on site (which is a problem), they were able to tell me the problem in just a few hours.
Other service visits:
Battery/starting problems - good experience
Warranty work - EXCELLENT SERVICE! Nearly complete A/C System was replaced under warranty (extended MOPAR warranty) without any problems. Also did not charge labor for a customer pay part installed during warranty labor on other parts!
Recall work - Great!
The Parts department is very good. I have purchased a lot of parts there over the years for another car of mine (1986 Dodge 600ES Convertible).... Never a problem with getting parts - many of which were in STOCK! Compared to OTHER dealer in area (Mike Salta Chrysler/Jeep) that did NOT EVEN KNOW WHAT KIND OF CAR I WAS TALKING ABOUT!

I have had 4 vehicles serviced at Thomas and the service is OUTSTANDING. The work is done when expected (one exception was time to get an out of stock part - 1 extra day. The quality of service has been great, never needing to return for the same problem. We begin to use their service department when my wife worked in Long Beach. Later we bought our last new car there. Though my wife doesn't work in the area anymore, we continue to drive the 35 miles for service because it is worth it!

They treated me like a real person when I bought my van. I was recommended to them by a college professor who was the third generation in her family that shopped here. It was a great experience and the price was awesome. I have recommended them to all of my friends and they are all pleased.
Their service department is prompt and courteous. They fix things right.

Wish that Dodge/Daimler would quit treating their customers like scum. You pay good money for a so called good truck, and they can`t fix it or they don`t want to. Probably in my case, because the truck is still under warranty. And as for the TSB I have found, why hasn't Dodge notified me on these TSB recalls or upgrade?? (Note a TSB is a service bulletin, NOT a recall. Customers are notified of recalls - Dave) Either way, they have one more chance to solve the problems with this truck. After that it goes to lemon law. What more can I say!!!

Sales=Fair, Service=Poor,
My brakes were replaced and they failed to inform me that the brake pads were messed up. I drove on them until they started grinding and I had to replace them. They refused any kind of responsibility for damages. And I was stuck paying for something that could have been prevented.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Avoid,
After taking 4 months to get my new truck only to find it in what I call a used condition. Not only did it have 64 miles on it. The paint had been messed up by someone with a dirty buffer. Also the Cat converter had something loose in it witch made a loud rattle noise upon running. There was also a few pressure dings on the fenders and a few nicks in the paint. It took 10 days for them to get the cat installed. During the time when they were weighting for the cat they sent my NEW TRUCK to some low buck body shop named Caps Autobody. They let someone DESTROY my new black paint with a buffer again ! They burnt all the emblems and cut/removed/burnt/blistered/smoked many parts of every body panel. I flipped-out to say the least. They also tried to fix the paint again and replaced some parts to make it right but it's far from being right. It still shows bad burns and swirls chips and now sense I have been looking at it so much I see that there isn't enough paint on it showing primer through. The truck also has a few driving problems that they can't seem to fix. Too much to list. I would be very careful with what you get from them and don't let them tire you out to sign and drive it off the lot with a lemon. They also did a bait and switch on the warranty; changing it from a 100,000 mile to a 75,000 on me. They showed me that the 5 star is 100% a joke! And that they lie right to your face. I was and still am very unhappy with my truck and how they gone about making it right. I'm sure they will see this as well as 5,000,00 other people will too!

Told me my problem was non-warranty and I would have to pay to have the fuel tank dropped and the filter cleaned. They did the work, but didn't charge because the filter was clean, they could have easily cheated me , but didn't. They went on to find and correct the real problem.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent,
I bought my truck there in 1996 and was treated great! It's a 60 mile drive from my house, but after taking my truck to Tuttle-Click Dodge (Irvine) several times and getting the run-around, I'll keep returning to G.E. Thomas for service. Had my transmission overhauled (service contract covered) with no hassle. Tuttle-Click didn't even find the problem! This place deserves its "Five Star" rating!

I must disagree with you about Glen Thomas Dodge. Each time I have taken my truck to them I got the run around - in fact, I've been hung up on by them. I had a leaky sliding rear window that they tried to replace w/non slider & I had/have front end shimmy problems on a '96 2500 4x4 SB 360 V-8 - they would not get DC involved/denied warranty due to 255/85R16s

I'll fight the traffic and drive down there for two hours before I let Crown Dodge in Ventura touch my truck. My old truck sat there for a week and when I picked it up it was never even looked at.

Sales=Good, Service=Excellent,
Glenn E. Thomas Dodge is the sh*t! Don't sleep on these guys. I got a great deal and continually get great service.

Bought there=No, Service=Good,
They just took care of my lift pump recall in about an hour. Good work, (almost cant tell anyone worked on it - no eaten up bolt heads, scratches, etc. very clean job) I'm paranoid of having anyone work on my truck, and had no prob here. Like I read before , they even washed the truck! So far so good.

They are great to deal with and give a terrific deal.

Sales=Good, Service=Excellent, Service department was great

Sales=Excellent, Service=Good,
Did my recall (auto trans quick disconnect) in one hour as promised. Also washed my truck.

Bought there=No,  Service=Excellent,
This dealer has a very strong reputation in the service area and  the mechanics I did deal with were always helpful and straight. Be careful of the 'service advisors'.  Ran in to one that was not  user friendly.  I may have just hit a bad day or this particular SA was not into straight customer service.

Dealership Rating:
Good sales department, good service
Fair sales, fair service
Conflicting or not enough information
Poor Service or Poor Sales Department
Avoid like the plague!!
Don't Know / No Experience
