They were very friendly when I was going to purchase the truck. Then when things start to go wrong you can never get them fixed. They give you a big hassle. All I wanted them to do is check out my air. It is whining. The lady was rude first of all and then she said it would take two days for them just to look at it. They don't make appointments and they make it sound like there doing you a favor. Fresno Dodge does the worst business. I tell everybody that to. People I have talked to that have bought a dodge through there said there service is s---. You need to do something about that place.

I would not buy another vehicle from them. It amazes me how they stay in business on one time deals, I would think you would try and get return sales. I am leasing, so when the lease is up I will not turn it back to them, its to good of a truck, and I don't want them to make anymore money on it then they did when I leased it. I already have people lined up to buy. The service dept is so nice you want to go back, but the work is poor if nonexistent.
