Only been in for warranty work and it was performed quickly and well. Sales was probably what you'd expect from a dealer. Parts department was slow getting someone to help but good otherwise.

I bought my new '05 Magnum SXT there at a fair price. In order to get paid for maintenance for the warranty life of the vehicle it was a bundle and I was sold the totally useless MPS Dynamco Theft Deterrent System. It has never worked. They would not even consider a refund. The dealer of course does not provide free rental cars (I guess no one does anymore). Had the A/C start blowing hot air. Took it to service thinking the warranty would cover it. I was told that there was a hole in the A/C/ Condenser, most likely caused by a rock being thrown into it or my driving over gravel. I was told the warranty would not cover it. They wanted $750 to fix a brand new car. If Chrysler made a design flaw that allows this to occur (and mine is not the first) It should be covered by the warranty. Both Dodge & Chrysler refused to listen to my complaint as well as the dealer. The front of the Magnum underside is covered. No way for a rock to get in, so driving over gravel is out. The chances of a rock big enough to be propelled through the grill slats is not high. So, Here I sit with a new Magnum facing summer without A/C until I find an A/C shop who can fix it, but that will probably void my warranty. Its a lose lose situation with Daimler Chrysler and Folsom Lake Dodge. Don't but there and Don't Buy Chrysler Products. I will sell mine and buy Japanese soon.
I love my Magnum but won't live with a design flaw Chrysler/Dodge won't cover or fix that is going to cost me $750 every year.

Difficult to find a sales rep. When one was located he passed me off to a sales rep who was not informed on what was available. Stated all advertised vehicles were sold. This is the second time this has happened at this dealership

This is place is the worst place to expect some customer service. They will not take care of you even it they are wrong. If you like Dodge go to the second best dodge dealer in California.

Got Money ..They Will take it and then some.. sales people don't care about you its your money they want.
Get a good deal... Up front maybe.. after paperwork .. your &*$@ will be stinging
Need warranty stuff done.. Forget about it. "Define Warranty" What you have bought and what you get are two very different things. They will get your money there again..
Ask their customer service department its like going to the hospital charge for this and charge for that.
Buyer beware.. Get It all in writing..

I was looking on the WEB for information about Dodge Dealers in my area when I came across this WEB site and was disturbed to see such negative feedback for the Sales Dept. Later in the day, I had to go pick up part at the dealer and I stopped by the Service desk to see if they ever used the WEB sites to view customer feedback. Wow - did I ever get a nasty, argumentative SOB at the sales desk. I just wanted to see if they were open to feedback and the answer was clearly NO. After he explained to me that anyone who relies on the WEB for information "needs to get a life", he rudely pointed to the "5 Star" rating they have achieved. What a Jerk this guy was. I felt like I got chewed out for approaching the sales desk. Before I left, I made sure to thank him for validating that the negative feedback was true. Thanks, but No thanks Folsom Lake Dodge.

Well, the last time I was at this dealership I was threaten to be killed by a Salesperson, after I told him I was looking and not burying and that I really hated pushy salespeople. I was threaten, called names, spit on and after I called the Sales Manager and informed him of this persons behavior, I was basically told oh well. Oh well not more money from me, but hey that are the largest Dodge dealer in California. Just ask them.

Sales=Poor, Service=Don't Know, Parts=Don't Know,
My experience has been with the sales group. Everyone we met was courteous and friendly, but lacking in even basic knowledge about the trucks they sold. We were in the information gathering stage of buying and needed information to compare with GMC and Ford.
I was quite disappointed each time we stopped with different questions that the main issue with each sales person we spoke to was, "What can I do to earn your business today?" I am sure this is what they learn in sales school. Finally one sales person, after a long hunt, retrieved a large notebook from DC with specs for all truck. We were looking for GVWR and GCWR information and had to look it up ourselves.
We ordered a new truck from Carson City Dodge the last day of 2003, but it was from a sales person who was the most knowledgeable I have met. If he did not know the answer to questions I asked he knew where to find the answer immediately. When we first started looking and asking questions I found that many of the answers could have been answered by sales persons simply reading the product brochure.
For sales persons, put in a little study time, be knowledgeable about your product. At least read carefully the product brochure you are trying to sell.

We agreed to a purchase price on a vehicle. They say that they called the bank to get the buy out price of our trade in. We signed the agreement that night and left with the car. 2 days later, they called and said that they were LOWERING the loan rate to 3.9% due to our great credit rating. They told us that we needed to come in a sign new papers. When we arrived, we discovered that the buyout of our car was $5,000 less than what they said the bank claimed. They had lowered the buyout on the agreement by $5,000 and then raised the price that we had agreed upon by $5,000. If we hadn't gone over the contract with a fine tooth comb, we would never have detected the switch in price. When we approached the sales manager, he hollered at us and told us he had "no idea who we were or what we could possibly want". After threatening to get the District Attorneys office involved, they agreed to lower the price of the car by the $5,000 that they should have in the first place. They clearly were trying to run a scam!

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent,
I spent some time in the service Isle. If a vehicle breaks I don't blame the dealership! But they are the ones who should take care of me right? Folsom Lake Dodge gave me ride to work then picked me up when my car was ready. I thought that was service I deserve! They helped me in a jam, I already sent two friends there to buy cars. They we're both happy with there visit.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent,
I expected the "crap" when buying a car. I went online to Folsomlake-Dodge.com, they emailed three times within an hour. Most dealerships don't even respond. They quoted me a price and showed me the invoice at the dealership like they said they would. UNBELIEVABLE!!! It was easy and upfront. How refreshing. What a concept? Thank you to the Internet team at Folsom Lake Dodge!! Great online experience!!!

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent,
Let me say that I can not speak for anyone else. But my visit was easy, short and honest. I had pricing that they gave me before I even visited the dealership. They not only honored all the numbers, but had my vehicle ready for delivery! What a great visit to a dealership. They have called and made sure that I was happy and had NO problems. Thanks, Folsom Lake Dodge!!!

Sales=Avoid, Service=Avoid,
How should I even start. Lets just say that it took 3 months for them to pay me the money that they owed me (quite a hefty sum). During initial contract agreement non existent parts were agreed upon (due to outdated catalogues)and were never installed, a second agreement was made for aftermarket parts (a week later)and those were never installed either. Aside from a bolt falling out of the front steering assembly while offroad (the weekend after purchase), and EXTREME disrespect, many hours were spent on the phone with Daimler Chrysler trying to get issues resolved. Don't go there if you value your cash. I now enjoy my truck after several stressful months...guess what. I take my business elsewhere now.
