Service Manager is arrogant. keith something. Worst service I have ever had
at an auto dealership.
My carpet was dirty and they told me that it was that way when I dropped off
my vehicle. After three repair attempts i took it to Stoneridge and they fixed
it right away.

Service was terrible, service manager Keith Drake is an a--. he accidentally
undercharged me then charged my Credit card without my authorization. They fixed
a stuck spark plug, they kept it for 2 weeks!! and did not even take the time
to test drive it. the minute i drove it I heard a huge exhaust leak. had to
take more time off work to take it back to get it fixed. Keith talked down to
both me and my wife, treated us like dirt after we have purchased 2 vehicles
there totaling over $60,000!!!! They lost my business. Stay away!!

Stay away from this place, never had the parts for my vehicle, misdiagnosed
several times, poor communication from service advisor (Paul Dilbert) and service
manager (Keith Drake) didn't seem to care about my problems. Thought it was
illegal to smoke inside the workplace in california ? Oh well, not like they
have flammables in their shop....

I bought my truck from a ford dealer so I have their extended warranty,which
is a very good warranty. Had a leaking axle seal which is covered but by a dodge
dealer only. So I took it in service calls me next day says everything has been
authorized by warranty company,we even managed to get you a rental. When I went
to pick up my truck they wouldn't let me take it because they hadn't received
payment from warranty company. I had to have truck for weekend plans so I gave
them credit card as a deposit. They billed my card didn't straighten things
out with the rental company,so I got billed twice for rental once on their invoice
and once from rental company. When I talked to warranty they said that dealer
was not faxing all info so they wouldn't pay. Now dealer is basically saying
I don't have time to deal with your warranty company. AND THEY BROKE OFF A BOLT
AND DIDN'T TRY TO FIX OR TELL ME ABOUT IT.
They also charged me for work that wasn't done and parts that weren't replaced
and that are covered under a mopar warranty when I had transmission replaced.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE IT HAS BEEN OVER A WEEK NOW AND THIS IS STILL NOT
RESOLVED.

Dealer (salesman) lied about repaired body damage prior to sale. Service department
assumes customers are morons; damaged bed during repair and attempted to deny
it (they paid for the body work and rental car...), claimed slipping transmissions
are normal (maybe in their trucks but not mine), claimed differential noise
is normal (again, maybe in their trucks but not mine). Result: Quit using this
dealer for warranty work.
Began using Carl Burger Dodge World in La Mesa CA: Good service writers...they
treat you like you might actually know what is causing the problem and how to
reproduce it. Don't have them rebuild the differential...u-joint caps were not
torqued (barely finger tight), the gears were improperly set-up, etc. Other
than that, no problems with them.
I would purchase from Carl Burger, but NEVER from Dublin. I would rather drive
460 miles to Carl Burger than give a dime to Dublin Dodge.

Bought my 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 there. The staff went way out of their way in
helping me get financing. Since then, brought my truck in for two recall fixes.
They got the job done with no problem and had my truck done at the time agreed
on!

I purchased a truck recently in Dublin California - As part of the purchase
I traded in two old vehicles - A Dodge truck and a VW 99 Beetle. The truck was
paid off right away - the VW was paid late and the check was short. The finance
company - Premier Auto Finance has placed a delinquent mark against my credit
- I want that taken off - it was not my doing and I am very angry about this
- The dealer knows all about this and wrote a letter (by hand) that looks very
unprofessional stating that it was not my fault - That does not take it off
my credit rating - I am in the process of purchasing a house and that mark did
effect my credit - I am beyond angry about that and will probably never go to
that dealer again.
I paid $1100.00 for the service warranty and as of today's date 3/31/03 I have
not received the service coupon book - I need my oil changed!

each time...

If the salesman cannot sell you a car, they get very rude and insulting. I also
took my previous Dodge Ram there for service and had the Service Writer tell
me something was not warranted, when indeed it was. I would never recommend
anyone to go there for sales or service.
