Dodge City is the worst dealership in the valley and probably the worst dealership advocating for Daimler-Chrysler. I had purchased a NEW truck and within a month the truck has been in the shop 4 times, for at least 4 different occurrences. And not to mention at the end of this trouble, I had the truck about 4 months now, and HALF the time DODGE-CITY was repairing it! The first time a problem occurred I had a talk with "Hewlett"(Sale's Manager), I believe that he was not very supportive and I felt that he was giving me the run-around. And The service at Dodge-City was not the finest. I found out that one employees, "Jon" of the Dodge-City's service department easily avoided my questions and problems with my vehicle. I am very dissatisfied of Dodge-City and their Dodge vehicle. On a minor note, I praise Crystal Chrysler in Cathedral City for a great dealership experience. The sympathized about my problem and totally fix my truck with any difficulty. I strongly consider that Dodge City is inspected by service, product, and professionalism. And lastly, I'd like to say, this is my very first vehicle I have purchased from Dodge City and this will be the very LAST!
