You would think during these hard times that service would be at its highest to keep the customers coming back. However at Burlingame CJD it doesn't seem to be the case, they must have a lot of money to pick and choose who they are nice too. I would stay far far away from this place !!
Not happy at all with the service Dept. Very rude, not nice, I felt that the service advisors talk DOWN to YOU. Very unHappy. I will NEVER have Burlingame CJD do any type of service on my car again even though they are much closer than other dealerships. Poor Poor service.
