Avoid Like the Plague. Not a bad place to buy a car but do not ever have mechanical work done there. Their 5 star "so called rating" ought to be "0". It was that bad. They will be glad to sell you something very very expensive that you don't really need, and then when you get your vehicle back the problem is still there. Please avoid the service area.

This is the first vehicle I have purchased from Brentwood Dodge, Mike Ferrando is the Internet sales person I dealt with. Mike was easy to work with and I highly recommend him.

Service dept. Keep up with the good work. Any work you have done was at No Charge. When I went back to where I bought my vehicle I was told I got such a good deal they would have to charge me. These were really small items but your dealership took care of them with no questions asked.

Was told one price for a car by the internet sales manager for a new car that was just coming out. When they got a firm date for the vehicle I called to put down a deposit they told me a sob story how they weren't going to make any money by selling the car at msrp so they were marking the car $2,000.

We have purchase three vehicles through Brentwood Dodge. Mike Ferrando, the Internet sales person, is fabulous to work with. We are looking at buying another truck and would not go anywhere else! Mike does excellent follow-up. Service department is pretty good although we haven't used them much as we live too far away.

Sales Dept (Bruce Golden) was a painless experience. Willing to negotiate and low pressure... Service Dept not impressive (Pleasant to talk to though), unable to repair braking problems on my truck...
