My latest experience at Autowest Dodge was for a leaking intake manifold. Part of the TSB included draining and refilling the cooling system. After the service, I drove my Ram home and noticed that the temperature gauge was reading hotter than normal. As I was turning into a Exxon station to find out what was going on, the Ram overheated. When I raised the hood, I found out that the upper radiator hose had come off. The OEM-style clamp had never been reinstalled!! I lost almost all of my coolant thanks to Autowest! Beware!
