Although the service manager was great to deal with, the fact that my brand new $65,000 truck was lent out to another customer dropping off his vehicle for service was absolutely unacceptable. I could not believe that MY TRUCK became their loaner. Moreover, I was flabbergasted at the fact that the owner of the dealership could have cared any less as he barely put in an effort to direct me to the complaint hotline. When dealing with the complaint hotline, I got no satisfying response. I was told that all that COULD happen, was that the rating of the dealership COULD be affected. When I arrived to pick up my truck, no one had any idea of where it was or who had it. There seemed to be a lot of disorganization that I would not want to deal with again. I would not take my vehicle their again, nor would I trust to leave it unattended. If you do business at this dealership, deal with the Service Manager directly, he is great.
