05experience=They had me in a vehicle that worked with my "BRUISED" credit I also put 3500.00 down and they said oh we will be able to get you bought by a bank no problem... needless to say 1 week later they called me and said I needed another 3500.00 down to keep the 11,500.00 dollar vehicle which is well over half and my payment would still be 400.00 a month for 66 months if you ask me this is not fair. I would steer clear of the dealership and would buy from the skankiest buy here pay here lot because at least you know you will get screwed. In closing have a great one Lou Grubb Dodge in Phx, Az I got a new truck and put 10k down have a 157.00 a month payment and got it from a competitor "Larry Miller" ooooh that has got to hurt>>>>>>>>>>> -[@ you all down there

We were interested in an ad in the Sunday paper for a Dodge Caravan SXT at an advertised price. Because I have learned the hard way that dealers advertise cars that are not available I had my husband call to verify that indeed there was a van available on the lot. He was told that there were indeed multiple vans available at the advertised price. Not believing this I had my husband make a 2nd phone call to re-verify. He made the 2nd call and was again assured that the ad was correct and that there were multiple mini-vans in stock at that price. With that reassurance we drove out to the dealership, which is a far distance from our home. When we arrived the salesperson my husband had spoken to twice was not available. Another salesperson tried to help us and brought out the basic model instead. I pointed out that the ad was for the SXT version. He checked with the manager who came and told us that the ad was a mistake and that he would be happy to sell us the less equipped basic version for the same price advertised for the loaded SXT version. The manager threatened to fire the salesperson we spoke to on the phone and admitted that he himself had proof-read the ad and that it was a mistake. He would not honor either the printed ad or the word of his salesperson. Needless to say we recognized this as a reverse bait-and-switch and did not purchase vehicle. Given that my husband and I were prepared to write a check for the full amount there and then.... but I guess we will spend our money elsewhere.
The manager was very rude and borderline abusive...

It all started with a bad dome light, when sold the truck I was told it just needed a light bulb and to bring it back tomorrow they would put a new bulb in a new dome light bulb. Well when I brought back the truck the next day I was told it was not a dome light bulb but rather a computer problem in which they kept the truck for 3 weeks to fix, made my first $500 payment and only got to drive the truck 9 days. Then when I got it out of the dealership the truck had a vibration at 65mph, when I took it back I was told that it was a "inherent defect". On a $30,000 truck there should be no "defect" I have since then been back for rear axle leaks, front axle leaks, my tires are past 75% treat wear at only 15,000 miles and the vibration has gotten worse. I have had problems with the radio, engine, I only get 12mpg on a open highway with the cruise control set and a/c off (they say its my driving, even with cruise control)
