I loved my first two Dodge Trucks, but after I get rid of my 2003 piece of crap, it'll be my last.

Had basic transmission service performed and have had nothing but problems since then. Have spoken with several other owners who have had transmission service (all Cummins diesels) and the performance was much worse AFTER the service department did their "work". I spoke with service manager and he became very defensive when I questioned the service performed. At this point I would not consider returning to have any other repairs performed, even if they offered to fix the tranny for free.
This is not the only dealer in town that I have had this problem with. Both the Pontiac and Chevy dealers have 'serviced' my other two vehicles, and I have had to bring both of them back to have the 'service' fixed
