Unfortunately this has been a very poor transaction. After the sale the dealer was to call back with a date to install my paid for dealer options. it has now been six weeks and repeated reminders and still no options. My advice to you: shop elsewhere and never sign the final
agreement until the options are installed and you come in to pick up the vehicle.
This is just a very poor dealership, there was a noticeable shift in attention the moment the contract was signed. Even Chrysler customer service cannot help as they insist it is a independent dealership and they are out of the lop on issues such as these.

Sales people are rude and do not listen. I visited this dealership on 3 separate occasions with in the last 2 weeks. I intentionally had picked 3 different salesmen - and they were all the same! Rude, dishonest, and not at all concerned with MY needs!
