I have been losing gas mileage on my 2003 Dodge Dakota, I'm down to 8 miles/gal. I let Donovan Dodge take a look at my truck. They had it for over a week and I tried calling to check on the status many times but never got a response. Finally, after I threatened to talk to a manager, they responded
back. They told me that a mechanic hasn't looked at it yet but, they will get one to as soon as possible. Ten minutes later, Donovan Dodge called me back and said that my truck was ready. I asked them what was wrong and they told me the usual spill about air filter, spark plugs and dirty injectors
(little did they know that I have a K&N air filter, brand new spark plugs gapped to specs and I my injectors cleaned a month earlier). I don't think they looked at my truck at all. I still had to pay some outrageous fee for the diagnostics computer check. The thing that I disliked about this
dealership is the lack of response to customers. Then the poor work performance try to make up for the lost time. On top of all that, they were rude to me over the phone. I just wanted to pay my $90.00 fee, get my truck back and get out of that place.
