The Store is part of Avondale Auto Group, which is privately owned. I have had great service there, so much that I now work for the Dodge store. If you have any issues or problems please contact me personally at toddb@avondaleauto.com or 623-298-1138.

I bought a 2003 Jeep Rubicon here a couple of years ago. I drove by (keep in mind I live 3 hours away) while I was out of town and spoke to a nice salesperson telling him I was looking for a Jeep Rubicon which was pretty hard to find at the time. He took my number and told me he would call me when one came in. He kept his deal he did indeed call me within a week or two to notify me of one coming in. He said I could put a deposit down on it because they could not hold it for me. I said okay they put their finance manager on the phone. I gave him my personal debit card number and authorized they charge $3000.00. I drive three hours one way to pick up my Jeep. I get there my salesperson is sick. Stuff happens? I speak to their lease guy very nice he shows me the vehicle and everything is fine. I go to the finance guy. They sell me the alarm/keyless entry system and charged me a couple of hundred dollars never installed it to this day. I sign paperwork and go home. The next month I get my bank statement. They charged the down payment to hold twice charging me $6000.00 out of my account. I called my bank and backcharged them. We ended up suing each other and they ended up garnishing 8,000-9,000 out of my bank account. Obviously their lawyers are higher paid. Never pay a dealership with a debit or credit card to hold something! They have a lot more money than the average person.

Pushy sales people. Making promises that they can not keep, unrealistic plans, false information given to customer, promised new vehicles, no problem everything is in order, here drive your new autos home today. Four days later, they need more money, can not find a financial institution to handle the loans they told us were no problem. In checking with another dealer we discovered the interest rate we were quoted was not realistic, the figures that were inserted on the purchase agreement were not correctly done so to the point of even wondering if we were being conned but professional con men. Definitely did not enjoy the experience, would possibly consider purchasing from another dealership at a later time. Totally disappointing situation very aggravating and anger explosive.

I got my 2005 Ram 2500 diesel last year in January soon after I got it i notice it was pulling to the left the drove it and said that the truck was following the crown of the road two weeks later I complaint about the same problem and I got the same answer. Few weeks later the right hand tire was wearing uneven and I call Chrysler the dealer call me back and they worked on it. They made an alignment and the pull was just a drift to the right, then a year after the right front tire was wearing prematurely and the steering was binding when turning to the left they replaced the steering gear box and put me a new tire, one week after the new tire was showing signs of wear so I took it back to the dealer they made the alignment and I told them that the binding was still there, after they made the alignment they told me that the binding was normal according to dodge engineers. Now the truck runs straight and I hope it stays like that. When I bought the truck I notice rumbling on the speakers the sales person said that they will take care of it the next day. They replace the speakers and nothing improves, they worked on the door panel but the problem was still there finally dodge said that it was normal. THESE EXPERIENCES JUST TELL ME WHEN THE PROBLEM CAN NOT BE SOLVED IS BECAUSE IT IS NORMAL. The salesman did not help me in any way after the purchase even when he is a person I now for some time and we also go to the same church.

I bought my truck in November of 2003 used. My brakes squeaked really bad. Took my truck in twice under the 3 month warranty. They said there was no problem. Apparently the mechanics at Avondale Dodge do not know what to look for in brake pads. I had another mechanic from another dealership look at the break pads and he was amazed that they sold me this car with brakes as bad as they were. Would never even consider buying a key ring from Avondale Dodge.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Fair,
I dealt with the fleet department and my experience was excellent. They didn't have a truck that I wanted so they looked until they found one. Didn't matter what truck I picked out, it was going to be $300 over invoice. The 2 times that I have dealt with service left me unimpressed. I needed a cover for one of the a-pillar holes which the truck didn't come with. It took too many calls to get the piece. The service manager kind of scares me in that his knowledge seems to be lacking. Could be just a bad first impression. Don't get a chance to use their service because they are 45 miles away.
