I dont even own a dodge and I bring my truck there. I used to own a Ram, my
company switched me to a Ford. But the service is so bad I went to the people
that make me feel like thier freind. Varsity Chrysler. I can not choose what
the company buys but I do choose where to service it, and if I ever have to
buy my own vehicle it will be a Dodge again.

I have been going to Varsity for so long I thought it was about time that someone
who was happy actually visited these sites that seem to be magnets for the bitchy
and ignorant people that say nothing until they are un happy. The service staff
at Varsity are always friendly, helpful and smiling. These people sustain a
12 hour a day bombardment from unhappy people and still somehow manage to get
up every day to come to work and smile. They try everyday to make the people
that are angry with their vehicles happy, even when they personally are blamed
for it's failings. Hello people, they did not build the car.... they are just
trying to get you back on the road.
Varsity Rocks.... and if you happen to have any problems Alana is the one to
talk to ... she always gets the job done!

Sales were a little confusing and sketchy with salesman (wanted to make sale
and get rid of me) hard to get answers from, financing was great and complete
explanation. Service has been really good trying to figure out the vibration
and keeping me informed in detail with the situation. Parts was ok when buying
mods for the truck.
I would return to buy another vehicle , but probably seek a different sales
person and ask for more detailed information. Service has been great to me

I traded in a vehicle for a newer vehicle. That was my first mistake i should
have kept my old vehicle. The vehicle that i bought had problems that i found
out latter and wasn't impressed. There was a blown speaker, and the check engine
light came on. I brought the car back and was sent over to a place called Auto
max what a joke!!! All they did there was reboot the computer and told me that
i had to take it back to the dealership because they don't do major repairs.
I then toke it to the dealership which became a two day fix. First day i waited
about 4 hours for them to tell me i
had to bring it back because parts were on order. Second day i was told it would
not take as long. I had a appointment at 10am and they got my vehicle in at
1230pm what a joke!! I am very disappointed with there service department would
not recommend them.

The dealership was ok, the problem was with Martin Motors in Brooks, AB. My
truck gave out on my way to work, I called Roadside Assistance and they towed
it to Martin Motors. It took two weeks to get the repairs completed. When I
went to pick it up, I was told that I had to pay $1526.00. I was told that I
would be reimbursed later for the repairs. Several days went by, not hearing
anything about the reimbursement, I contacted them. They said that I would not
be reimbursed because the cause was abuse. I cannot understand this. This truck
is only used back and forth to work; I have not been in the fields with the
truck, only road use. The clutch was given to me, however; I cannot be sure
that this is the correct clutch from my truck because the damage looks too severe
for just highway use.
When buying a new truck, you should not have to worry about getting repairs
fixed under warranty. I am very disappointed with this service and I could not
recommend buying a Dodge to any of my friends with the service that I have received.
Would you please reconsider a full reimbursement of the cost of the repairs?

Service from this dealer was the absolute worst I have ever encountered. I am
a tech at an import dealer and cannot fathom the treatment I received from Varsity.
I took my truck in within 1 month of purchase for the steering column covers
sitting so crooked that you couldn't use the tilt steering as the steering column
would hit the instrument cluster trim and prevent the column from moving any
further. They acknowledged the problem and of course ordered parts. Next visit
was to replace, parts ordered were "broken", re-ordered, on 3rd visit
the trim was replaced, looked worse that when I dropped it off as you could
see inside the dash as the gap was so bad on the new covers/trim. Confronted
advisor that I was not happy with repair (politely) and was told too bad that's
as good as it gets. Got mad and suggested they swap trim with unit on lot, was
told we have already replaced 2 times and it ain 't getting any better, service
advisor then went and talked to manage! r as I was getting really mad at this
time. On 4th visit this is what happened, trim was swapped out from another
stock unit and it fit absolutely perfect! Likew. 4 visits for minor trim work!!!
Not worth the headache! Where I work, the first time in, parts may have been
ordered but within a month of purchase if a problem like this was noticed, right
away parts would have been robbed out of a new car on the lot just to prevent
the customer from having to come back a second time. To come back 4 times and
having to get mad to get something done doesn't seem right after spending as
much for these vehicles as we do.

Sales department in a joke. If I had to buy a car again and go through every
juvenile negotiating tactic (some bordering on illegal) in the book, I would
rather walk than go back to Varsity.

They were the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. When I took my truck
in and complained about my steering mainly ball joints and tie rod ends they
told me that is was all within spec but still charged me over $500. After coming
to Wainwright a 5 hour highway drive away and it was still doing the same thing
that it went in for I took it too Wainalta and didn't even mention the ball
joints but came out with all new ball joints and tie rod ends. They advised
me that I should not have been driving it the way it was when I got there.

Sales=Good, Service=Don't Know,
I bought my second vehicle from Varisity during the summer of 1993. I wanted
something small and good on gas, so the vehicle I wound up buying was a used
1987 Plymouth Horizon, 2.2 L 5 speed. The sales person was friendly, and wasn't
pushy at all. He had no problems with me taking the vehicle for an inspection
(it was the best 50 bucks I ever spent !). During the test drive, he went with
us. There were two Horizons there, a light blue model and a silver one. The
light blue had more options, including air, while the silver one was base model.
Both were priced similarly. I had the salesman start up both vehicles, and the
startup of the blue one was awful (bad choke, I knew it would be a problem that
would be a thorn in my side), so I wound up buying the silver one. That Horizon
lasted me 8 years, and I racked up 120 000 km along the way. Varsity did not
sell me a clunker, and I was extremely pleased at the reliability of the vehicle.
While I was searching for my fourth vehicle, I did check out Varsity's used
car lot, but did not find anything within my price range. I did not have a chance
to use Varsity's service dept, nor did I get a chance to use the parts dept.
but their used car sales was good.

In
this locale, the only place worth dealing is Varsity Chrysler, They get the
parts on time and sell them at better price than others. The salesman
come out and look at your vehicle because the like dodge iron not just to try
and push a new car on you. Info included in Eastside report

Sales=Good,
Service=Excellent, These folks have been my dealership of choice from
our first '87 Voyager to date. Their service department is well run and
they never have "surprised" me with the bill. Bought 2 other
Voyagers from them. Their diesel mechanic knows what he's doing and has the
engine running as good as it has been without an aftermarket power kit addition.
